Presentation
The Weishaupt WTC-GB S floor-standing gas condensing boiler with plinth is used when low room height prevents wall mounting or when replacing an existing floor-standing boiler.

Technology and key features
Proven technology: offers the same technical advantages as the WTC-GW wall-mounted boilers, including high efficiency, a self-calibrating control system and control via integrated regulator, smartphone app or internet access.

High efficiency
High-performance aluminium–silicon heat exchanger providing high thermal conductivity and an efficiency of 110.1% (LHV) / 99.2% (HHV). Vitrified/glass-lined coating for protection against corrosion and fouling.

Optimized combustion
Equipped as standard with the SCOT self-calibrating system which automatically adapts to different gas qualities (e.g. biogas) and environmental variations. Designed to accept up to 20% hydrogen by volume blended with natural gas.

Reduced electrical consumption
Standard integrated high-efficiency circulators and a 20% reduction of water-side pressure losses in the heat exchanger reduce electrical power consumption.

Multiple gas types supported
Automatic recognition of gas composition and automatic optimization of the air/gas mixture to suit different types of gas.

Available variants
The boilers are available in two nominal powers (15 kW and 25 kW) with plinths of 20 cm or 40 cm height. Also available in hydraulic configurations with or without a diverter valve for domestic hot water production (variants W and H).

Application areas

• Ideal solution where wall mounting is not possible due to lack of space: floor installation when wall-hanging is not feasible.
• Suitable for modernization/renovation: frequent replacement of existing floor-standing boilers during upgrades.
