Description

Clean In Place system for automatically cleaning and sanitising the production lines. The system is executed with three tanks: pre-rinse, detergent and final rinse. The final rinse water post cleaning is transferred to the pre-rinse tank, in order to reduce water usage and reduce fresh water costs. The system is fully automated and incorporates a data logging system that stores data about the cleaning process, for quality control and certification purposes.
