OverviewThe Helmholtz & Solenoid Laboratory Apparatus (HG302-HW322B kit) is a teaching instrument for generating a uniform magnetic field with a Helmholtz coil pair or a long, uniform axial field with a solenoid. It is designed for demonstration and quantitative verification of the Biot–Savart law, magnetic field superposition and spatial field distribution using Hall-effect sensors.
