The DS5L2 pulse servo driver delivers high dynamic response and precision positioning with advanced resonance suppression, multi-level protection and flexible encoder support. It is designed for fast-response industrial motion applications and offers backward compatibility with the DS5L1 series.

High dynamic response
A speed loop response bandwidth of up to 2.8 kHz supports equipment requiring rapid response and high positional accuracy.

Resonance suppression and improved usability
  • Resonance suppression control algorithm shortens setup time, reduces mechanical resonance and enables smooth, accurate path tracking.
  • Automatic resonance frequency inspection enhances ease of use during commissioning.

Standard dynamic braking
In the event of power loss or alarm, the motor three-phase circuit is short-circuited to stop the servo motor quickly, ensuring operator and equipment safety.
