The bench-top Solids Dispenser SDB-1RS is a automated version of the SDB-1 doser for processing of well plates. It is operated via touch screen controller which synchronizes dosing and moving of the well plate from position to position.


This solution increases productivity by allowing for “walk-away” time of lab operators. It alleviates tedious repetitive tasks and improves productivity and process quality.




Workflow


Well plates are inserted in the carrier. Dispensing process is started from touchscreen controller and can be paused / restarted at each moment. Remote start and integration in workcell enabled. Settings for 24 / 48 / 96 or even custom well plates and vial racks can be entered. Instant switching between different configurations.
