Overview
The benchtop SDB-1RL and SDB-2RL are automated benchtop dispensers designed for batch processing of microtubes, vials and well plates. These models extend the SDB-1/SDB-2 functionality with a larger XY table (300 mm x 400 mm) to handle substantial batches and enable unattended operation from a front-panel touchscreen controller.

Workflow

• Load tube, vial or well plate racks into the XY table support on the robotic module.
• Start/Control dispensing from the touchscreen controller; processes can be paused and restarted at any time.
• Configure custom rack formats (container count and spacing) and save named configurations.
• Switch instantly between different rack layouts to process mixed batches.
