Product overview
OSID-DE Diagnostic is a dedicated diagnostic application for OSI-10 and OSI-90 detectors that provides live and offline system and environment data to support commissioning, maintenance and fault analysis. The tool supplies service engineers and installers with visualized measurements, event logs and imager diagnostics to accelerate troubleshooting and reporting.

Software requirements and upgrades

• Install only on PCs with current active Windows support from Microsoft
• Software updates are released to improve performance and add features; apply upgrades only when approved for your territory
• After each software upgrade, test the detector with the test filter to confirm correct operation
