  • Pressure stabilization: Gas source pressure 5–15 MPa. For each 1 MPa change of inlet pressure, the outlet pressure changes by no more than 7 × 10^-3 MPa.
  • Flow characteristic: When inlet pressure is above 2 MPa, regulate flow within the nominal range. Outlet pressure change should not exceed ±6% of the full scale of the outlet pressure gauge.
