CHTGH-DIN6 series helical-tooth ground racks manufactured from S50C. Right-hand helix angle: 19°31'42". Teeth are induction-hardened to HRC50-55 and precision ground; rack surfaces ground on all sides after hardening. Total pitch error controlled to Fp /2000 ≦ 0.046 mm at reference temperature 25°C. Designed for high-torque, low-noise linear motion in industrial CNC and automation systems.
