CHTGH05020-DIN6 is a helical teeth ground rack manufactured in S50C medium carbon steel. It features a right-hand helix angle 19°31'42″, induction-hardened teeth with hardness HRC50–55, and ground tooth surfaces and faces after hardening. Designed to DIN 6 quality with total pitch error Fp ≤ 0.048 mm (measured at 25°C). The helical profile provides smoother meshing, higher torque capacity and reduced noise versus straight racks, making it suitable for high-precision industrial drives and CNC applications.
