Detailed information
S50C medium-carbon steel, not heat-treated; precision milled teeth. Total pitch error per metre is controlled to 0.078 mm. The right-hand helix improves meshing smoothness and reduces noise compared with straight teeth; it also increases torsional capacity at the same module. Suitable for low-torque, light-load applications such as economy CNC machines, automatic doors and warehousing systems.
