Helical teeth ground rack from the CHTGH series, manufactured in S50C. Right-hand helix angle: 19°31'42". Induction hardened with tooth surface hardness HRC50-55. Teeth are ground and the rack is ground on all sides after hardening. Total pitch error Fp ≤ 0.036 mm measured on a 480 mm sample at 25°C. Designed to DIN 6 precision for high-accuracy linear transmission in industrial equipment.
