Description
The GCI Monoblock cabinet (One-piece) is designed with the following specifications:
- Material: Enclosure body and gland plate are made from 1.5mm galvanized steel with RAL 7035 powder coating. The front door is made from 1.5mm sheet steel with RAL 7035 powder coating. The mounting plate for a single door is 2.0mm sheet steel galvanized plate, and for a double door, it is 2.5mm sheet steel galvanized plate.
- IP Rate: IEC EN60529, IP55
- IK Rate: IK 10
- Standard: IEC 62208 (enclosure standards)
- Supply includes: Enclosure body, front door, mounting plate, locks, hinges, gland plates, and rear panel with three options (screw fixed, welding on the structure, or rear door with lock).
- Optional: Without plinth parts
Frame Structure:
Fully welded frame made from 1.5 mm material. Semi-closed height and width profiles. Fully closed and fixed sides. On the inner surface of the front door, grounding screws are provided. The top and bottom are designed to increase the conductive surface to provide grounding continuity.
