Description
Zaber's X-RSW-SV Series devices are vacuum compatible, computer-controlled, motorized rotary stages with built-in controllers. The integrated stepper motor controller and motor driver allow for easy-to-use control, with 20 kg load capacity, speed up to 100 deg/s, and torque up to 100 N-cm. Only four feedthrough wires are required to control all units in the daisy-chain via serial port (with an X-PIB adaptor).
High and low vacuum compatibility options.
