The X-NA-SV Series of vacuum-compatible, micro linear actuators with built-in controllers are computer-controlled, motorized linear actuators with high thrust and speed capabilities in a compact size. At only 20 mm wide, these miniature actuators are excellent for applications where a small profile is required. The X-NA-SV is designed with vacuum compatible materials to minimize outgassing and allow for faster pump down times. The built-in controller daisy-chains with other X-Series devices inside the vacuum chamber, requiring only 4 feedthrough wires to control all units in the daisy-chain. Specs include: 25 and 50 mm travel lengths; up to 30 mm/s speed; up to 25 N thrust; removable hardened ball tip. - Vacuum compatible to 10-6 Torr - 25 and 50 mm travel - Up to 30 mm/s speed and up to 25 N thrust - Our most compact, precise and robust actuator - Built-in controller; daisy chains with other X-series devices inside vacuum chamber - Designed to replace standard micrometer heads on manual translation stages - Hardened ball-tip (removable so you can use the built-in threaded tip or a flat tip)
