Overview
ZTV Series – Boat Type Surface Treatment Machines are industrial machines used for deburring, polishing, smoothing, oil and rust removal, scale removal, color brightening, matting, and aging of metal or non-metal materials. These machines are particularly suitable for processing long and large parts and are available in different volume options.

Functionality
ZTV Series machines allow processed parts to be manually collected by personnel at the end of the process. Optional volume dividers can be installed inside the chamber at desired distances according to part sizes. This feature allows processing different types and sizes of parts simultaneously in a single machine.
To achieve the desired surface quality while keeping the process time to a minimum, the chamber design, vibration quality, and kneading performance are important factors. The chamber is made of special steel with a stress-free and vibration-resistant welded structure. The ergonomic design of the chassis height and spring design ensures high efficiency.
Design Features
The machine chassis features a reinforced support construction with increased resistance to vibrations, equipped with adjustable isolators flexibly mounted to absorb vibrations. A high-performance, cast-body, vibration-compatible, gap-bearing, lubrication-free special motor series is used, compliant with CE and Ex standards.
The chamber is lined with 90 Shore polyurethane material resistant to wear, ensuring a long service life without requiring repair or maintenance. The machines have an easy-to-open and close stone discharge section.
CE-certified electrical panels designed according to EU standards are used. Main switch and emergency stop switch are included. The working time control unit and timer are part of the standard equipment. Three-phase electrical connection is used.
Optional additions such as dosing pump control, speed control unit, valve control unit can be made. It can work integrated with automation systems with PLC software. Clean water inlet and dirty water discharge valves are available. Standard water valves can be replaced with solenoid valves, and valve open-close control can be done from the electrical panel.
The dosing pump mounted on the machine is standard. The dosing pump automatically sprays chemicals used in the process into the chamber at desired intervals.
