Description

The Mirus articulated arm manipulator from Zeilhofer Handhabungstechnik in the mobile floor version is mounted on a stable base plate and handles loads up to 800 kg completely pendulum-free. The entire unit is mobile and can be transported flexibly to the point of use by pallet truck, electric pallet jack or forklift. With a working radius of up to 4,500 mm and 360 degree continuous rotation, it works without any structural modification to the floor.

It is driven either pneumatically or electro-pneumatically. The rigid load guidance keeps the product securely in position even outside its centre of gravity. Manufactured at our site in Holzkirchen, Germany, certified to ISO 9001 and TISAX Level 2.

WHAT SETS THE MOBILE FLOOR MIRUS MANIPULATOR APART

01 MOBILE WITHOUT STRUCTURAL MODIFICATION
Mounting on a base plate makes the entire unit mobile. No floor anchoring, no structural work, the manipulator is simply moved to the point of use.

02 FLEXIBLE USE OF SPACE
Movable by pallet truck, electric pallet jack or forklift. This lets you make optimal use of existing space and relocate the workstation as needed.

03 LARGE WORKING RADIUS UP TO 4,500 MM
The lightweight aluminium lifting cylinder and the slewing bearing with 360 degree continuous rotation open up a working radius of up to 4,500 mm with loads up to 800 kg.

04 RIGID, PENDULUM-FREE LOAD GUIDANCE
The rigid load guidance prevents any swinging. Components are positioned to the millimetre, even outside their centre of gravity.

05 SAFETY AND CONTROL
Rotation stops limit the working range and brakes on the individual rotary axes secure every position, for reliable continuous operation.

06 FLEXIBLE CONTROL
Either pneumatic or electro-pneumatic control, adapted to your infrastructure and process requirements.
