Overview
The articulated arm manipulator from Zeilhofer Handling Technology is a pendulum-free lifting aid designed for controlled handling and millimetre-precise positioning of loads up to 800 kg with a working radius up to 4,500 mm. Available in four mounting variants (floor stationary, floor mobile, ceiling stationary, ceiling movable). Each unit is supplied as a project-specific complete solution including end-of-arm tooling, control system integration and after-sales support. Manufactured in Holzkirchen, Bavaria.

Assembly options — Four variants

• 01 Stationary on the floor: Fixed workstation anchored to the factory floor for maximum stability and large operating radius; optionally relocatable by forklift or pallet truck.
• 02 Mobile on the floor: Mounted on a stable base plate; the unit is transportable by pallet truck, electric pallet jack or forklift for flexible use across production areas.
• 03 Stationary ceiling & steel construction: Anchored to hall ceiling or steel structure to keep the floor clear and save space; ideal where floor space must remain available for vehicles and personnel.
• 04 Movable on the ceiling & steel construction: Mounted on a rail system for X–Y movement across the hall, providing maximum flexibility for changing workstations.
