Description

Overview
A mobile shot blasting machine for cleaning and profiling horizontal surfaces such as concrete, asphalt and steel decks. Designed to operate as a closed-loop system with integrated shot recovery and dust collection to reduce airborne dust and recycle abrasive shot.

How it works
The centrifugal blast wheel projects steel shot onto the surface to remove contaminants, old coatings and laitance, producing a specified Concrete Surface Profile (CSP). An integrated dust collector and separator recover reusable shot and capture fines to minimize waste and maintain site cleanliness. Optional HEPA-class filtration is available for stricter indoor air requirements.
