Introduction:The TS750 Centrifugal Dewatering Machine is designed to remove surface water from washed fruits and vegetables using centrifugal force, preparing produce for subsequent processing. It is suitable for vegetable processing lines, central kitchens and food manufacturing facilities, with sanitary stainless steel construction and customizable options for different throughput requirements.
Main specifications:- Model: TS750
- Machine size: 1320 × 1210 × 1450 mm (customizable)
- Main material: SUS304 stainless steel
- Diameter of rotation drum: 750 mm (customizable)
- Power: 2.5 kW
- Speed: 800 rpm (customizable)
- Speed control: Frequency converter
- Discharge type: Top or bottom (customizable)
Working principle and process:- Loading: Load washed fruits and vegetables (leafy greens, root/stem cuts, mushrooms, etc.) into the cylindrical rotating drum. The drum is manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel and features dense perforations or a fitted filter screen on the drum wall.
- High‑speed rotation: When the drum rotates at high speed, centrifugal force propels surface water through the perforations to the outer shell where it is collected and discharged.
- Slow down and discharge: After dehydration, the frequency converter slows and stops the drum. Product is unloaded either via top lifting or by opening the bottom discharge, depending on the configured discharge type.
