The VEYMONT chipping spreader is a step forward in lorry-mounted chipping spreaders. The system solves the problem of accessing the aggregate when carrying out manual spreading activities.
The SECMAIR solution consists in optimising the operator gangway to minimise obstruction and in facilitating access to the container, which is located at the appropriate working height (the VEYMONT container).
The container enables the aggregate spreader to be loaded by opening trap doors and offers storage space for a shovel, sweeping professional brush and small tools.
To prevent the risk of operators being knocked down during reversing manoeuvres, the driver is informed that the VEYMONT container is open. A industrial camera can be added as an extra safety precaution. |

The cold milling machines from Wirtgen remove the defective paving to the required thickness so that it can be replaced and the carriageway can be repaired. The reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) can be reused in stationary mixing plants without requiring further treatment.
Cold machining centres from Wirtgen are also used to remove strips of asphalt pavement so that supply lines can be installed in trenches, thus ensuring that the time required for the road works is kept short.
The complete product range currently encompasses 15 types of milling machinery and is designed to meet all the various requirements for processing pavements, from partial repair of small areas to complete removal of entire road structures. |

The Dynapac 3-professional wheel Professional planer PL350S is offered with standard front wheel drive unit (optional all wheel drive). These planers have been developed for removing asphalt pavements up to a cutting depth of 100 mm at 350 mm cutting width. Due to the high manoeuvrability, the small planers are most flexible to use, even for cutting around man hole covers. For flash cutting along walls or curbs the right supporting wheel can easily be folded in. The small planer is even suitable to be used inside buildings.
Powerful, highly manoeuvrable, hydraulically powered planers designed for cutting widths of 500 to 1000 mm at a cutting depth range between 160 and 300 mm. All of these cold planers are offered with four wheel drive unit (PL500/16S as an option) and with anti spin control system. Equipped with a quick release rear loading system (PL500/16S optional) the medium sized planers have been developed for road maintenance jobs and other milling applications in asphalt or concrete.

The heavy-duty MT 1000-1 Mobile Feeder provides for a continuous and consistent flow of mix to your asphalt paver. It does so in non-contacting operation without docking. This way, the paver keeps paving nonstop and produces asphalt pavements of prime quality.

| Cat road reclaimers pulverize the asphalt layer and mix it with the underlying base to stabilize deteriorated roadways. The reclaimers can add asphalt emulsions or other binding agents during pulverization or during a separate mix pass. |

Slipform pavers: for paving concrete slabs and profiles
Slipform pavers run on crawlers and continuously pave concrete slabs in road and canal construction, as well as on airpots. They are also used to pave monolithic profiles, such as water channels, kerbstones, crash barriers, etc. The paving height and the machine's steering are controlled by scanning a grade line or reference heights. After being compacted by integrated industrial vibrators, the concrete is moulded to the required shape by the slipform moulds.
Supplementary equipment is available for inserting dowel bars and tie bars as well as for finishing the concrete surface. |
