Object100 is a optical barrier consisting of an emitter and receiver edge, which distinguishes itself with an extremely high sample rate of 40 µs per beam.
With it, it is possible to detect even small objects traveling very quickly
through the monitored area. The incredibly slender cross-section of just 15 x 20 mm gives mechanical engineers much more freedom for new concepts for equipment and machines.

9000 Series professional light curtains provide a cost effective solution for a variety of Industrial and Commercial sensing applications.
The 9000 Series comprises of the Industrial transmitter (Tx) and the Professional receiver (Rx) units providing two electronic NPN outputs. Connection is made via M12 4 professional core professional cable to both the Transmitter and Receiver unit, options for 3m and 10m cable lengths are available and a mounting bracket kit is also required. The 9000 Series is suitable for a variety of non-safety applications including parts detection, presence sensing and counting applications. A selection of accessories including mounting stands and mirror systems are also available.

This innovative system is comprensive of a visible professional laser industrial transmitter (650nm) and a receiver. The immaterial area created between Tx and Rx let the operator works in a safety environment.

Line sensors are used for applications demanding a precise positioning or the exact determination of dimensions (e.g. wire gauge measuring). With the L-LAS Series Pulsotronic provides sensors with different working widths of maximum 1024 pxl. An analog output (voltage and current) informs about the position and the dimension of the test object. A digital output provides information about the objects' quality and dimension. Via the serial interface (RS232) the user communicates to a PC (or a PCL + RS232-module).

In comparison with conventional LED through-beam sensors, professional laser through-beam sensors are distinguished above all by the high accuracy of their optics. As a result, there is a precise switch point anywhere between the sender and the receiver. In addition, thanks to the narrowly focused beam, very small objects can be detected. Also impressive with the new Contrinex laser through-beam sensors are the long operating distance of 50 m and the high switching frequency of 5 kHz. Sensitivity setting is by means of a potentiometer. The sharply concentrated red laser beam (660 nm) simplifies alignment, since the light spot is clearly visible even at long distances and in ambient light. The devices are built into a short, robust M18 metal housing of stainless steel and have an excess light indicator.
Versions are available either with changeover outputs or with excess light output (light-ON). Contrinex laser switches are, moreover, particularly cost efficient. |

In the same profile you can either choose between Type 2 or 4 Light curtains and Light grids. Focus is very easy to configure, install. It has from 14 mm resolution for both Type 2 and 4. Inputs for muting: partly beam/s and completely. Floating Blanking is optional. Focus has manual supervised reset or automatic reset. The Focus profiles have slots on three sides and very good resistance against external lights.
The Spot light beam is available in two versions, Spot 10 for distances up to 10 m and Spot 35 for up to 35 m. The light beams can be mounted at different heights using available brackets and mirrors. Spot and Vital in combination fulfils the requirements for Category 4 according to EN 954-1 and EN 61496
Light beams and light curtains are a production friendly safety component that does not physically impact on the actions of the machine operator. An operator can have both his hands free when he puts in his hand or he passes in and out of a risk area. At the same time the operator knows that he can trust the safety component to stop all dangerous movements. Light barrier protection is also a good safety component for use when goods are to be passed in and out of a risk area.

Optoelectronic protective devices such as PSENopt light barriers, light curtains and light grids are used to safeguard danger zones, where the production process requires active intervention. PSENopt provides finger, hand and body protection in accordance with EN/IEC 61496-1/-2.

The SpaceGuard series consists of a choice between a remote through beam sensor system and self-contained light curtain system. Both systems include a separate professional transmitter and receiver detector which are available in slimline (10x28 mm) and leading edge (37.5x13 mm) aluminium profiles. The light curtain system generates multiple infrared light beams betweem the transmitter and receiver detectors. When one of these light beams are obstructed, an output is activated.
The remote light curtain system consists of a transmitter detector, receiver detector and controller. The series offers detectors with 16 to 64 parallel infrared light beams and a total height of 0.57 m to 2.10. m. The controller offers a choice between AC and DC, and the output can be selected between an NPN transistor output and relay output. The controller offers a choice between automatic and manual sensitivity adjustment via potentiometer manufacturers. Light or dark function, and long and short range is professional switch selectable. The time-out function is configurable - the number of channels and the time-out time period is switch selectable. |
