DH Subminiature Rack & Panel D Connectors are manufactured to the requirements of Mil-C-24308/9. The standard cold rolled and/or stainless steel body material comes with #52 alloy gold plated contacts. Standard finish is electro-tin fused. Other finishes are available. The insulator is made of a compression sealed glass. This product is QPL'd at HCC.
The ideal use for these connectors is in electronic and electrical equipment, for commercial and defense, airborne, ground support or shipboard systems. The size and weight lends the connector to various applications and the D shape ensures a positive polarization.

CompactPCI is an open bus architecture based on the Peripheral Component Interconnect specification (PCI) for desktop computing. The growing demands of commercial and industrial computing require more robust form factors, which have lead to the development of CompactPCI. The CompactPCI specification was developed in 1994 by an industry standards group, PICMG (PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group), and uses industry standard components with high-performance connectors to maximize system performance for rugged applications.
Today, PICMG consists of 650 member companies that continue to work together to improve and expand upon the performance of CompactPCI. Winchester Electronics is an Executive Member of PICMG and is actively involved in the continuing development of high performance products to support CompactPCI applications.

Hermetically sealed connectors are interconnects that facilitate the flow of electrical current across two devices and can be mechanically coupled to, or uncoupled from, another connection. HCC produces military specification ("mil spec") and customized connectors for aerospace, defense, industrial and petrochemical applications. For example, in an airplane cockpit, hundreds of connectors are used to provide electronic connectivity between instrument displays and the computer hardware that controls them.

The SMC line of versatile connectors offers a great deal of design application flexibility. Different modules (such as straight and angled male and female multipin connectors) in combination with other options (e.g. IDC versions) afford users the freedom for an optimal assembly design. The connectors are reliably produced on state-of-the-art, fully automatic manufacturing machines. Due to the high contact density and small space required, SMC connectors offer a number of new application possibilities. The precision manufactured contact guarantee a reliable mate. SMC connectors are available in several different heights. The combination of standard profile and low male and female connectors support four different board-to-board stack heights (8.0 - 14.0mm).

Omega’s new Wireless Thermocouple Connector Series features stand-alone, compact, battery powered thermocouple connectors that transmit their readings back to a host receiver up to 120 m away.
Each unit can be programmed in the field to work as a type J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N or C calibration connector. When activated the connector will transmit readings continuously at a pre set time interval that was programmed by the user during the initial setup. Each unit measures and transmits: Thermocouple Input Reading, Connector Ambient Temperature, RF Signal Strength and Battery Condition to the host and is displayed on the PC screen in real time using the provided software.
When used with host receiver models UWTC-REC1 or UWTC-REC2 data from up to 48 wireless thermocouple connectors can be received and displayed. Each USB powered unit includes free software that converts your PC into a strip chart recorder or data logger so readings can be saved and later printed or exported to a spread sheet file.
The UWTC-REC2 also allows wireless data from one transmitter to be re-transmitted out of the receiver by a wired connection as an analogue voltage or current to interface with a controller, PLC or data acquisition board.

The VCDS is a single-width, C-size VXI module that adapts most B size VME modules for use in a VXI mainframe. The VCDS is a functional replacement for the Colorado Data Systems Model CDS 73A-851.
The VCDS adapter maintains the VMEbus environment, timing, and backplane by buffering the VME address bus, data bus, and control signals and routing them to the installed VME module.
The VCDS supports seven interrupt levels, IRQ1 through IRQ7. The VCDS has an Interrupt Select Switch for each level on the VXIbus. The switches determine if the installed VME module will act as an interrupt handler or an interrupter, for each of the VXIbus interrupt levels.
