The DisplayPort is designed for internal and external system solution for high bandwidth audio and video data transfer in the notebook and PC market. The standards, defined by Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA), cover provisions for high definition digital audio-video and graphics streaming via the interface through the same cable. This reduces cost and provides ease of use through the plug-and-play feature making it user- friendly for consumer. It also provides performance scalability for future developments of high quality displays, high color depths and high refresh rates display.
Molex, in accordance to requirements outlined by VESA, has developed the external DisplayPort* Interconnect System solution. It consist of 20-circuit, 0.50mm pitch SMT, external receptacles designed with a polarized D-shape mating interface and metal shield for full EMI/RFI protection. In addition, the connectors are designed with four solder pins for added mechanical stability and robustness, as well as a snap-in plastic peg for positive polarization during connector mounting. The receptacle is to be mounted on the device side and the plug, which is overmolded at both ends of the cable assemblies, on the display device. The cable assemblies come in both latching and non- latching versions with cable length of 2m and 15m. Examples of source applications are desktop PC, set-top box, DVD player or game console, and display applications are the likes of TV monitors or projection display.

ERmet ZD connectors were specially developed for differential high-speed signal transmission in telecom applications with data rates of up to 10Gbits/sec.
This robust, high quality modular connector system is just as well-suited for use in conjunction with the 2mm HM (IED 61076-4-101) ERmet line of connectors.
The inline design of the signal and ground contacts makes simple, economic routing (conductor track routing) possible. Signal and ground contacts have different connection levels with a gap of 1.5mm, thus ensuring a safe connection. In addition, the contacts are assembled into a robust housing.
The ERmet ZD connector utilizes an optimal grid construction that reduces signal interference and offers ample room for conductor track routing. Its optimized design and effective shielding allow the ERmet ZD system to exhibit superb performance when it comes to crosstalk and reflections.
The ERmet ZD connector has been selected as the backplane interconnect for the PICMG 3.x (ATCA) industry standard.

The GP-IP(USB)FL can connect a measuring instrument to a USB port on your PC via GPIB communication. One of the major features of this product is a simple look as it can connect them using a general USB cable in place of a GPIB cable. ABXS. With its ingenious ball-bearing coupling mechanism, the ABXS Miniature Push-Pull Connector is easy to use and provides a reliable interconnect for signal and power in audio, control and instrumentation applications. The range has two shell sizes housing 3 to 9 gold plated contacts in a range of aesthetically pleasing long life shell finishes.
The ball-bearing mechanism provides easy connection by pushing on the back accessory and easy disconnection by pulling on the coupling nut. The connector cannot be disconnected by pulling on the cable or backshell using normal force.
The shells are made from copper alloy with a choice of finishes in bright nickel or black epoxy.

Audio Miniature Bayonet Lock Connectors
AB06 Series. AB06 connectors are a development of the established AB05 range and are particularly suitable for tinsel cordage applications in audio equipment.
Designed to the requirements of the Royal Signals and Radar Establishment, AB06 connectors are available in shell sizes 8, 10 and 12, and offer all the performance characteristics and design features of AB05 (Pattern 105) connectors. An alternative 'snatch' type coupling nut for quick release applications is available in shell size 10.

The evolution of technology requires electrical circuits for machine controls to be ever more numerous and complex.
Our company, with more than 40 years experience in the manufacturing of multipole connectors has been involved in the research and design for maximum connection, reliability and speed of installation. We now offer a new series of connectors with a spring self-blocking connection (distinguished in the part number by the letter “S”). These connectors can be used as an alternative to the traditional screw connection.
Termination is achieved by simply inserting the screwdriver, with minimal force, into the rectangular hole, inserting the conductor in the round hole, and finally removing the screwdriver.
This allows a considerable time reduction for wiring, as there is no need to prepare the conductor.
The screwdriver seat can also be used to make a conductivity underload test.
The pressure applied by the spring on the conductor is not dependent upon pressure by the user, and can be used in applications with vibrations (as for the rolling stock material).
A particular innovation is the new series of “CSS” inserts, in that each contact can be connected at the same time with two wires.
The spring connection inserts are suitable for cables from 0.14 to 2.5 mm2. They have the same electrical characteristics as those of the traditional screw versions and can be coupled with the screw inserts and mounted in the same enclosures.
