SERAPH UPS with its advanced and compact design has a proven performance of good reliability with a high degree of power protection even in the most adverse and difficult operating conditions. SERAPH UPS utilises an automatic voltage regulator (AVR) with a 'buck and boost circuit' on the input source. This allows a wide mains variance of high and low voltage conditions without the need to use the battery to 'top up' the output. As a result the battery is always kept in prime condition ensuring full backup runtimes during critical states such as utility supply failures.
SERAPH UPS incorporates an advanced battery management system which constantly monitors the battery to ensure it is always fully charged. This system also provides advanced warning when the battery is in need of replacement.

The high performance IGBT rectifier with high level power factor (0.99) offers a 20% reduction in kVA power consumption compared to more traditional technology. The upstream distortion rate is very low (THDI<3%) and does not require the oversizing of upstream supply infrastructure.
- Increased battery life : the EBS (Expert Battery System) determines the most appropriate charging algorithm : floating or intermittent charge. This intelligent battery management system therefore helps to reduce plate corrosion and prevents the separators from drying out.
