RX-400 Utility/Commercial Cold Planer
The RX-400 is a 4 ft. (1.20m) Cold Planer with a rear mounted drum, allowing you to start the cut directly in front of curbs, fences, walls or other obstructions. It's perfect for commercial work and completion of projects where a compact machine design is an advantage, such as shoulders and other narrow milling projects. The RX-400 features milling widths of 26", 36" and 48" (66, 90, 120cm) and a maximum cut depth of 12.5" (320mm).
RX-500 Half-Lane Cold Planer
The RX-500 is a 600 hp (447 kW) cold planer with sufficient conveyor swing (60° left or right) and turning radius to accomodate today's demanding urban milling conditions. The RX-500 is available in either the three-track or four-track version. The RX-500 can easily change between several narrow cutter widths and pattern choices to make this one of the most versatile machines in its class.
RX-700 Half-Lane Cold Planer
The RX-700 has a 700 hp (522 kW) engine and 14” (356 mm) cutting depth making it able to tackle numerous jobs. As with all current Roadtec cold planers the RX-700 is available with three or four tracks and a secondary conveyer that can be pivoted 60° left or right.
RX-900 Half-Lane and Full-Lane Cold Planer
The RX-900 is a 950 hp cold planer available with three or four track assemblies. This versatile machine allows contractors to cut up to 14" (355mm) deep with widths of 7' 2" (2.18m), 8' 2" (2.5m), 10' (3m), or 12' 6"(3.81m). The RX-900 offers contractors more versatility and productivity. A 42" (1.07 m) wide front load-out conveyor, with 60° swing to either side, provides ample loading capacity.

The pneumatic tire mounted design and a 0-25km/h (0-15.5mile/h) transit speed eliminate the need of a trailer for transporting the machine from one job site to another, which means slashing local transportation cost.
SLASHING PERFORMANCE
•Flush-cut Along Curbs
The ER551F can flush-cut right up to the curb or other obstacles hanks to the 400mm(15.7") curb clearance and 105mm (4") side clearance on each side.
•Drum Shift System
The cutter drum can shift up to 450mm(17.7") to each side. The feature enables the ER551F to cut through the lane without shifting the entire machine to avoid manholes or other obstacles.
•Operating Control
A set of operating controles is located in 3 places, on the top of the poerator station, and to the right and left of the cutter drum. The operator can choose the most ideal position from which to work.
EASY TO OPERATE ACCS
•ACCS (Automatic Cutter Control System)
The ER551F is equipped with a computenzed ACCS. The operator is free from concentrating on machine operation and he can observe the entire job area and conditions.
•Auto Cutting Mode
The ER551F shall automatically perform its job along the guide line according to pre-set cutting orders. The manual override is allowed during Auto mode operation.

The VEYMONT chipping spreader is a step forward in lorry-mounted chipping spreaders. The system solves the problem of accessing the aggregate when carrying out manual spreading activities.
The SECMAIR solution consists in optimising the operator gangway to minimise obstruction and in facilitating access to the container, which is located at the appropriate working height (the VEYMONT container).
The container enables the aggregate spreader to be loaded by opening trap doors and offers storage space for a shovel, sweeping brush and small tools.
To prevent the risk of operators being knocked down during reversing manoeuvres, the driver is informed that the VEYMONT container is open. A camera can be added as an extra safety precaution.

The S series vibratory screeds are available in both 8' (2.5m) and 10' (3.0m) standard paving widths. Standard features include 3' (0.9m) hydraulic strike-offs with electric articulation, dual screed control consoles, power crown control and outlets for heating bolt-on extensions.
EZ-III 8'(2.5m) & 10'(3.0m) front mounted hydraulic extension screeds
The EZ-III hydraulic extendable screed comes in an 8' (2.5m) to 13'6" (4.1m) version or a 10' (3.0m) to 17' (5.2m) version. Features include a 34 kW generator, vibration, adjustable angle of attack, adjustable slide track, berm builder and spring loaded end gates with replaceable runners.
EZIV 8'(2.5m) & 10'(3.0m) front mounted hydraulic extension screeeds
The EZ-IV hydraulic extendable screed comes in an 8' (2.5m) to 15' (4.5m) version or a 10' (3.0m) to 19' (5.8m) version. Features include a 34 kW generator, vibration, adjustable angle of attack, adjustable slide track, berm builder and spring loaded end gates with replaceable runners.
Eagle 8 & 10 8'(2.5m) & 10' (3.0m) rear mounted hydraulic extension screeds
The Eagle-8 can hydraulically extend to 15'6" (4.7m) while the Eagle-10 can hydraulically extend to 19'6" (5.9m). Both have rear mounted extensions facilitating excellent material flow to the ends of the screed and come equipped with a 34 kW generator. A unique feature of these screeds is being able to service the electric heating elements without dropping the screed plates.

The new Dynapac PL500T and PL500TD are powerful, highly manoeuvrable, hydraulically powered compact planer with hydraulically driven cutting drum. The CHIPSEALER 61 is the product in-between the handle and autonomy. It is ergonomic, securing and esthetic in the same time.
Mechanically, it consists of :

MTV-1000D Material Transfer Vehicle
The MTV-1000D material transfer vehicle is capable of transferring while doing some reblending of the paving material to allow for non contact continuous paving. With a swinging discharge conveyer, the paver can be loaded from an adjacent lane. With an optional windrow attachment, the MTV-1000C can pick up material from a windrow and transfer it to the paver.
SB-1500D Shuttle Buggy® Material Transfer Vehicle
The SB-1500D Shuttle Buggy® material transfer vehicle (MTV) can store and transfer hot-mixed asphalt material from a truck to a paver for continuous paving. Very similar to the popular SB-2500D Shuttle Buggy® MTV, the SB-1500D contains the patented anti-segregation auger which remixes materials just before they are delivered to the asphalt paver. The SB-1500D has a 15-ton surge bin as oposed to the SB-2500D's 25 ton surge bin. Both Shuttle Buggy® MTV's allow trucks to unload material immediately and return to the asphalt plant. Optional windrow pickup head is available.

SX-7 Soil Stabilizer/Reclaimer
The 700 hp (522 kW) SX-7 soil stabilizer features a 21" (53 cm) cut depth, the deepest in the industry. With its right-hand flush cut, the machine pulverizes or stabilizes all the way to the curb line. The cut is 102" (259 cm) wide, perfect for three passes on a 24’ (7.3 m) wide road, and the turning radius of this powerful machine is a compact 155" (3.94 m) in the cut. Fuel capacity of 455 gal (1,722 L) is sufficient for 12 hours of operation at full horsepower. The cutter position in the housing can be adjusted on the fly to provide optimum gradation and throughput for shallow cuts as well as for deep stabilization.

RP-175 8' (2.5m) Commercial Class Rubber Track Asphalt Paver
The RP-175 is a powerful compact 8' (2.5m) wide rubber track asphalt paver designed to work in all types of sub-grades and paving applications. Full counter-rotate ability and track flotation allow the RP-175 to maneuver and pave in tight areas without sacrificing tractive effort or pushing power. RP-195 10' (3.0m) Highway Class Rubber Track Asphalt Paver
The RP-195 is a powerful 10' (3.05m) wide rubber track asphalt paver designed to work in all types of subgrades and paving applications. Full counter-rotate ability and track flotation allow the RP-195 to maneuver and pave in tight areas without sacrificing tractive effort or pushing power. SP-200 10' (3.0m) Highway Class Rubber Track Asphalt Spray Paver
The Spray Paver sprays tack and applies hot mix asphalt seconds later. Combining spraying and laydown produces a high-quality mat with a strong bond between layers. A spray bar just in front of the paver’s auger distributes the liquid through computer-controlled, self-cleaning valves. An onboard microprocessor precisely controls the rate of flow. Valves can also be controlled manually. Valves are arranged in sets of three, providing plenty of spray capacity so you can move fast. To cut down on refill stops, the SP-200 is equipped with a 2,100 gallon tack tank, the largest tank available on the market today.
