The main feature of these castors is the possibility to transform them from swivel castors into fixed castors, by engaging the brake and as such eliminating the offset. This not only increases the stability of the trolley, but also increases the stationary load capacity by approximately 30% with respect to the offset model. Bush bearing bore or roller bearing bore
In the bush bearing bore, the hub contains a bush made of polyamide 6 with molybdenum disulphide to make it self-lubricating.
In the roller bearing bore, the bearing housing contains cylindrical roller bearings with polyamide 6 cage.
Axle
Axle composed of ground steel bush with bolt according to UNI EN 24017 and nut according to UNI EN 24032.
Swivel top plate bracket NL with central lock
Swivel top plate bracket type NL. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of pressed steel zinc plated finish; swivel actions: double ball greased race with dust protection seal made of polyethilene. The king pin is integral with top plate and duly rivetted. The hexagonal brake system locks at the same time the rotation of two wheels.
