Skytruck
Beginning the "Skytruck" originated as a crane rail interior, with the particularity of being supported by cables rather than by rail. With the "Skytruck" will be possible to move large loads over extensive areas, with a speed of lifting and moving relatively high.
The metal crossbar remains suspended in air by steel cables anchored properly. Do not you need to add such tracks, cranes or auxiliary roads. For the proper functioning the crossbar takes energy from the power line or a diesel engine integrated.
The advantages that it offers "Skytruck" are as follows:
· Each location of the site can be reached with a single hook;
· There is no need to switch the load from a crane to the other;
· You can carry high loads in all positions;

Floating sheerlegs are part of the scope of supply of Huisman-Itrec since 1981. Huisman-Itrec was then awarded with the order of engineering and manufacturing the Taklift 4, a 1600t floating sheerleg for Smit Tak.
Later orders brought the capacity for Huisman Floating Sheerlegs up to 3200t. We have also a design for a skiddable A-frame, at which both the lifting and transport are possible.
A special kind of these types of cranes is the Rambiz.
This is an ocean going twin hull lifting vessel, equipped with 2 x 1350t cranes.
This lifting vessel is originally built in 1996 to build the Vasco di Gama bridge in Lisbon, Portugal. The Rambiz (see picture) is modified after the project.
