Demag DCM-Pro Manulift:
The DCM-Pro Manulift was developed for handling loads quickly and safely with only one hand. The new DCM-Pro is based on the lifting unit of the DC-Pro chain hoist and the DSM-C control unit which is connected to it by a helical cable. Thanks to the control unit which is rigidly connected to the load handling attachment for right and left-handed operation, the operator only needs one hand to operate the chain hoist and guide the load.

The Demag Travel Wheel System is designed to move loads over a wide range of speeds and applications.
The Travel Wheel System incorporates Demag wheelblocks, which are available in 8 sizes with a wheel load range up to 40 tons per wheel. Our range of travel gearmotors offers smooth acceleration and deceleration. These wheels can be used for transfer cars, cranes or any type of moveable machinery.

The DRS wheel block system is a versatile wheel block system with optimum performance ratios for a maximum load capacity – from 2.75 t to 40 t – with compact dimensions. Finely graded sizes (DRS 112 to DRS 500) ensure that the right DRS unit is selected for the corresponding application.
A wide variety of travel wheel designs are available from the standard range to meet customer requirements. The housing, which is machined on all sides, can be connected to virtually any customer design.

Variable Speed Chain Hoist | Die Setter
Set Dies and Molds Precisely with Ultra Low Speed Hoist Positioning
Specifically designed to improve mold placement accuracy, the two-speed die setter low speed chain hoist features ultra low speed hook movement for exact die positioning as well as the standard speed for normal use. To reduce die impact damage and shock loading conditions, the low speed setting may be set to 1.5 feet per minute without sacrificing the normal lift speed of the hoist.
The variable speed hoist feature permits fine mold positioning without continuous hoist jogging. Low speed hook travel on David Round's die setter hoist is available in both the up and down directions unlike other creep or step-controlled hoists that may only lower at the low speed setting.
With these electric hoists, both the standard and low speed settings may be adjusted in the field to meet specific application requirements. A variery of pendant configurations are available as well as low-speed trolleys, jib cranes and monorail systems.

Protects load, hoist and operator by înterrupting raîsing circuit when hoist sensés a damaging overload. Overload Cutoff is accessible for fïeld adjustments.
