The HC-MDi check weigher is an efficient combination of checkweigher and industrial metal detector. The “i” in HC-MDi stands for the metal detector. It is fully incorporated within the checkweigher, so that weight module and metal detector form one single unit. The combination is achieved within the tightest of space constraints with a central, single point menu operation for both devices via the weighing module controller. The HC control concept is based on a fully integrated industrial PC system.
It has an output capacity of 400 pieces / min. What is more, in terms of measurement precision, it operates with a maximum standard deviation of 50 mg over a gross weighing capacity of 3750 g. The sub-frame is made entirely of stainless steel and meets a protection rating of IP 65 (spray water from above). This makes it predestined for use in the food industry. The HC-MDi weighs packed and unpacked food products with precision and additionally checks them for metal contamination. When the product input is changed on the checkweigher, these parameters are communicated automatically to the metal detector. As an integral part of the device, the high frequency metal detector can detect very low-level contamination in the form of steel, iron, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass etc. |

weber Sensors foto-captor Hot Industrial metal detector systems (HMD's) track the metal from slab reheat industrial furnace to exit coil manufacturers of conveyor.
They respond only to infrared energy within the viewing field:
They won't confuse your computer with "maybe" signals from visible light, steam, cooling water or scale.
The foto-captor systems feature sealed construction in rugged stainless steel housings, two-wire AC power with short circuit protection, and the ultimate in simplicity -- no adjustments.
Available options include remote lens systems, water-cooled jackets and air purges. |

Bunting HF Series Permanent Drawer Magnets can handle a wide variety of separation tasks. They're built for easy installation in square, rectangular, or round spouting used in gravity conveying systems. We can supply both top and bottom spouting adapters to your specifications to reduce in-house fabrication. HF Drawers have two or more trays arranged so that the magnetic cartridges are staggered to increase contact with the product flow. Material moves in a zig-zag pattern from one cartridge tray to the next for thorough cleaning.
Standard drawer housings are constructed of heavy-duty mild steel. Stainless steel housings are also available. They're required for certain sanitary applications and whenever Rare Earth magnets are used. Stainless steel stands up to most corrosive environments, resists wear, and is the right choice when "cleaning room" standards must be met. Optional adapters permit easy installation of housings in most round, square, or rectangular spouting. |

Based on Nd-Fe-B permanent industrial magnets, the AMT&C’s magnetic pulley industrial separators are designed for removing tramp metal from the stream of non-ferrous bulk materials, such as crushed stone, coal, sand, grain, and others, conveyed by belt conveyors manufacturers. Pulley separators are usually installed at the discharge end of a belt conveyor specifications as a head or driven pulley. Ferromagnetic inclusions are held by the magnetic field in such a way that their subsequent trajectory deviates from the vertical downward path of the “cleaned” product; on exiting the pulley magnetic field, the tramp metal is discharged into a hopper that is usually placed underneath the conveyor end.
Application areas:
Mining, wood-, food-processing, chemical, construction, and other industries
Advantages:
• Energy cost saving
• As heavy as 50 kg metal objects are removed
• Easy to mount
• No maintenance is required
• Lifetime is over 15 years
System components: Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets
Technical data:
Conveyor belt manufacturers width: 400-2000 mm
Pulley diameter: 150-800 mm
Maximum flux density on the pulley surface: up to 0.9 T
Extraction depth: 150-400 mm
Working temperature: -70 – up to +300 C0 (for high temperatures, Sm-Co permanent magnets are used)
Conveyor belt speed: up to 3 m/s

Overband with permanent magnetic OPL model.
These unit consist of either a permanent magnet PL or an electrical magnet DEP, depending on the required output, located above a conveying belt. Any pieces of iron, or other magnetic metals, that pass under the magnet, mixed with the material being conveyed, will be attracted and retained by the magnet, thus separating them from the material they were mixed with, given that the separator is surrounded by a conveyor manufacturers belt, with dimensions that are suitable for the separator unit, the purpose of which is to remove all of the pieces of iron that have been captured, letting them fall at a determined point. |
