Bespoke 'T' & 'B' Block Systems for Rapid Tool

The Omnitrack 'T' & 'B' Block systems are designed to facilitate
rapid tool change on any type of press / machine.
The standard format consists of housed spring-loaded Ball Units
which are inserted into the tenon slots of the press. When in the
raised position, the balls protrude above the bed level allowing
the tool to be rolled onto the bed and positioned accurately.
When clamping is carried out the balls retract, lowering the tool
onto the press bed. When clamping is released the balls lift the
tool, allowing it to be rolled from the press.
Standard slot dimensions for 'T' & 'B' bars are shown. We also
manufacture these systems for non-standard slots. Ball pitch,
deflection, load and clamping are application specific. Contact

The slots in the press table define the shape and size of the required ROLLBLOC die lifters.
ROLLBLOC ball version offer the advantage of being able to easily move dies in any direction. In conjunction with different die formats, this advantage ensures particularly short setup times.
ROLLBLOC roller version offer double the load bearing capacity. They enable exact linear transfer of the die. This linear technology requires accurate die positioning during transfer to the die table or to the die loading arms.
To further reduce rolling friction, we recommend hardened strips on the underside of the die. Unlike the ball version, the ROLLBLOC die lifter with rollers can also be used in the die base plate (overhead installation).

Carrying consoles – Die changing consoles:
Consoles to permit easy, safe and efficient die change on the press bed. Carrying console, either swivelling or supported, for large weights of up to 250 kN. Set-up times reduced to a minimum, this guarantees more efficient use of the machine and a high degree of operational safety.
Die carts for rapid die change:
HILMA die carts facilitate the handling of heavy dies. All the robust die carts are designed for changing dies weighing up to 40 kN on presses and machines without risk of accidents, without using force and in an efficient (time-saving) manner. Their solid construction guarantees a long service life. The die carts designed to withstand the harsh conditions prevailing in a press shop are very reliable “partners”.

Mobile lifting/tilting devices have four wheels, two of which pivot and two others which are fixed. They also come with separate motorisation equipment, a separate control panel and a 3 kw motor, as well as with appropriate jacks which are able to lift up to 500 Kg.
Various kinds of forks are available: DIN, male, double male, AFNOR or may be designed and specified by the client.
Robust piping and netting offer side protection while still allowing the operator optimum visibility, even on the sides. An electric eye/ photocell guarantees front protection. In no way, not even by accident, will the machine function if the operator or any other person is within the rotating area.
If the lifting/tilting device is joined with either an electric roll on and off compactor or a stationary compactor, an extra control unit will be mounted on it, so that the operator will have the commands on hand at the front of the dumper.

The TCA-DE is a front line fully automatic split wheel bin lift with the following key features;
- Efficiency, fast automatic cycle time of 8 sec. plus dwell time, which can be adjusted between 0,5-3 seconds.
- Trade containers, at the turn of a switch the TCA-DE can be changed over into manual 'trade' mode to lift the full range of four wheeled containers including Paladin bins fitted with conversion bars, cycle time manual trade 13 sec.
- Low weight, the TCA-DE weighs only 695 kg.
- Safety, the unique Terberg geometry means that containers do not kick back towards operators as they are lifted, enabling that the safety arms whilst conforming to EN1501.1 to be user friendly and unobtrusive.
- Practical operation, exceptional ground clearance coupled with automatic reverse raise means that the TCA-DE is an invulnerable to damage as it is possible to be.
- Automatic Shaker, an adjustable automatic bin shaker allows 'sticky' materials suchs as grass cuttings to be handled with ease.
- Packing Cycle Delay Control, to take full advantage of the high mounting height and subsequent increase hopper volume, the TCA-DE can be pre set to cycle after a set number of bin lift cycles.
- Diagnostics, a text display is mounted in a durable box on the side of each bin lift to provide simple fault diagnosis in order to minimise down time.

The dustbin tipper MT 240 is used to empty 240l plastic dustbin. Through the use of add-on components plastic dustbins from 60 to 140 l as well as 240 l aluminium dustbins for paper and data carriers can also be emptied.The dustbin carrier slide are constructed from stainless stee. The dustbin is tipped using a foot pump and it's maximum angle of 130° is reached after approx 39 pedal strokes. The tipping height is 1300 mm. 200 mm diameter wheels ensure good manoeverability.

LONGITUDINAL ELECTRO LIFTING MAGNETS
These magnets are used to lift bundles of material with an irregular surface, which complicates lifting operations. Longitudinal magnets, however, have a particularly deep penetration field that makes them unsusceptible to such irregularities. This enable safe and effortless transport of bundles of material. Moreover, two or more of these magnets can be used, depending on the length of the bundles. In the event that people are present in the lifting area, however, extra mechanical slings must be fitted for safety purposes.

Electropermanent magnets utilize permanent magnetic material surrounded by an electrically powered coil. To energize an electropermanent magnet, a momentary pulse of D. C. power is applied to the magnet's coil in order to charge the permanent magnetic material within. Once energized, the electropermanent magnet does not require a constant source of power to retain the lifted steel coil. To release the steel coil, a reverse pulse of D. C. power is applied to the magnet's coil. The Electropermanent magnet design tends to excel when the steel coil's edge stagger is kept to a minimum.

The MAXX-ERGO-LIFTER is a highly maneuverable light capacity lifter designed for multiple material handling applications. It is equipped with a standard platform and has a load capacity of 330 lbs.
Ideal for assembly operations, ergonomic applications and other material handling needs. The MAXX-ERGO-LIFTER features a lift/lower button on a flexible control cord that allows the operator to be in the most comfortable position while lifting or lowering loads. The electric lift is battery operated and features an on board charger that runs on 110 volt input.
Also available are several optional attachments that customize the unit for specific applications including roll and coil handling attachments and a tote lifter attachment that are bolted on permitting the unit to be changed back to the standard platform when required.
