mk linear motion
mk linear motion stands for customised glides, track rollers and recirculating ball bearings which set themselves apart through precise running and high reliability during use.
You can choose between profile tracks, linear tracks and linear modules for handling applications with high repeatability and accuracy - carriages, pneumatics or motors on request.

Linear guidance systems with linear recirculating ball bearing units comprise ball bearing units, carriages and guideways. They allow large support distances, have adjustable clearance and are to standard accuracy class G3.
The full complement bearing units run on one or both sides of the guideways and, despite their small dimensions, have high load carrying capacity. If the bearing units are screw mounted in carriages, together with the guideways they form four-row linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies. The ball bearing units are sealed on all sides by the wipers on the end faces and on the sealing strips which form a gap seal in conjunction with the guideway. Linear recirculating ball bearing units can be relubricated.

IKO Crossed Roller Way is a linear motion rolling guide in which a roller cage is incorporated between two ways with V-shaped raceways. As the cylindrical rollers are alternately crossed, Crossed Roller Way can receive loads in any direction and can achieve very smooth linear motion with very high accuracy. Wide variations in size are available for selections suitable for each application.

Standard type and module type
Two types are available: the standard type and the module type. In the standard type four ways and two roller cages are used as one set, while in the module type two inner ways are integrated into a single piece.
Very smooth operation
Precisely finished raceways are combined with roller cages, in which the length of super precise rollers is accurately controlled to avoid skewing. Very smooth linear motion with very little frictional resistance and free from stick-slip can be achieved.

The two steel shafts are mounted and pre-aligned on the common base, therefore eliminating the time consuming alignment process normally required for two seperate shafts. Is it taking too long to make a fixture to increase production?
Mitee-Bite Products makes fixture building easier and quicker with the addition of ready made locating rails.
Mill a slot in the fixture plate to locate the rail and drill and tap the mounting holes. The height of the rails can be adjusted by the depth of the slot. Steps can be machined on the rails to hold the work piece above the fixture plate or a radius can be machined to match the contour on machinable clamps for irregular shape parts.
Locating rails are made of low carbon steel, precision ground square and are available in a number of sizes and lengths to suit most applications
