CURVILINE: ...the rail which goes “straight” to the solution!
ROLLON’s CURVILINE is the cost effective linear solution for applications with linear movement that isn’t always strictly linear. It is a custom solution made according to your application’s needs.
The system is composed of one or more sliders and a zinc-plated rail. The sliders have multiple radial ball bearings mounted to them providing the movement and carrying the load.
Two versions are available: one with a constant radius, and one with a variable radius which can be composed of both straight and curved sections.
Each version has its own specific slider which is designed to uniformly follow the rail without modification to its preload. All sliders have radial ball bearings manufacturer which are lubricated for life and offer long life due to their hardened raceways. |

The recently upgraded Heavy Duty System now includes a whole family of professional slides and bearings manufacturers for both high load and super high load applications. The NB SEB/SER Miniature Guide are engineered to be compact and light weight to ensure precise linear operation at high speeds. The SEB Professional slide Guide uses precision-machined steel professional balls as rolling elements promoting exceptionally low resistance with smooth, stable operation at low cost. Likewise, the SER Slide Guide uses precision-machined cylindrical rollers, ensuring high rigidity and high load capacity with low noise.
High Load Stability, Easy Installation and Maintenance
GL Series/SGL Series / SGW Series
The NB "high load" GL/SGL/SGW Slide Guide is designed to maintain stability under extremely high load conditions. The use of 4 ball circuits and arch ball groove design stabilitizes uneven multidirectional load factors and assures smooth continuous movement throughout the work cycle.
The GL/SGL/SGW bearing suppliers block incorporates a ball professional retainer, permitting the block to be easily removed from the rail. This allows for ease of maintenance and assembly of your machine. The "pre-seals" are designed specially for this Slide Guide, providing superior lubrication retention over long periods of operation.
An optional feature available is the Raydent. This treatment is applied to both block and rail which will provide for a highly dependable and proven anti-corrosion protection package. This feature is found to be idealistic in cleaning room applications.

Linear roller bearings are suitable in conjunction with guideways for locating/locating or locating/non-locating bearing arrangements and form a bearing arrangement system for linear movement with unlimited stroke length. In closed arrangements, they can support loads from all directions and moments about all axes. Their load carrying capacity is extremely high and the space required is very small. The guidance systems can be preloaded by adjusting gibs and have extremely high rigidity when preloaded.
Since the guidance elements have a versatile range of possible arrangements, linear recirculating roller guidance systems are suitable for numerous applications in general machine building, especially for linear guidance systems in unit tools where high guidance and positioning accuracies are required over long traverse distances.
The range is supplemented by adjusting gibs for precise setting of the preload, setting devices for measuring the deformation of the adjacent construction where preload forces must be supported and adapters for easy mounting of the linear roller bearings supplier in a 45° arrangement.

The innovative linear system of the T-Race Family is setting new standards in the world of roller-based linear systems and telescopic rails. Track roller guidance systems are linear guidance systems that can be compiled according to a modular concept for a wide variety of applications. Due to their lightweight construction, they are highly suitable for use in handling systems specification. They are particularly characterised by quiet running, high traverse speeds, long displacement distances and the modular concept.
Carriages
Track roller guidance systems comprise one or more aluminium carriages, profiled rail rollers and a straight or curved guideway. Carriages are available as hollow section carriages, open carriages, compact carriages and bogie type carriages for curved, oval and circular guidance systems.
Guideways
Guideways consist of an aluminium rail with shafts made from rolling bearing manufacturer steel rolled into the sides. The guideways are available in many different designs, e.g. guideways with a solid profile, hollow section guideways, flat guideways, guideways with a slot etc. Selection depends on the puropse to which the track roller guidance system will be put.

Thus as you stroke this linear slide, oil will be gradually released from the bearing and you do not have to lubricate the system from time to time. Good for all kinds of application where it is hard to lubricate or requires clean environment. |
