The miniaturisation in the assembling technology is going ahead. This makes sense to develop new miniature linear guide systems for such tiny applications.
There are now reliable linear guide systems with ball circulation available. Even for the smallest mounting activities. The new assortment of miniature guide systems start with a rail width of 3 mm. The complete range of miniature professional guides consists of rails in size 3, 5, 7, 9, 12 and 15 mm width.
To this product range fits also a complete range of wide rails available. The width of the rails is about 3 times the dimension of the standard rails. This design has big advantages in applications where you are not able to use 2 rails in parallel. This rails and carriages can accept very high moment loads on a very small space and make a very compact design of linear drive units possible.
A patented ball return system is responsible for a very smooth and quiet movement also at high speed. The carriages have a special ball retainer to keep the professional balls inside the carriage. The balls don%u2019t get lost when you remove the carriages from the rails.

INA monorail guidance systems are compact linear guidance systems with high rigidity and load carrying capacity, supplied in complete form as standard and based on either rollers or professional balls. These guidance systems can support loads from all directions – apart from the direction of motion – and moments about all axes. They are available in various accuracy and preload classes and are therefore suitable for applications with high guidance and positioning requirements.
Monorail guidance systems are part of a modular concept, i.e. within one size, guideways can be combined with all carriage types. This means more economical stockholding, simplified professional fitting and more rapid replacement parts sourcing.
In order to reduce maintenance costs, monorail guidance systems have a lubricant reservoir. All-round sealing of the carriages protects the rolling element systems from contamination even under demanding environmental conditions.

BALL BREARINGS LINEAR RAILS are made of RUNNER that moves in a fixed RAIL.
Designed for load capacity from some kg to 600 kg PER RUNNER, the common length of the rail is 3 meters. It can be 5 meters for some references. Should some applications need very great lengths, the rails can be prepared for an end to end mounting.

IKO Crossed Roller Way is a linear motion rolling guide in which a roller cage is incorporated between two ways with V-shaped raceways. As the cylindrical industrial rollers are alternately crossed, Crossed Roller Way can receive loads in any direction and can achieve very smooth linear motion with very high accuracy. Wide variations in size are available for selections suitable for each application.

Standard type and module type
Two types are available: the standard type and the module type. In the standard type four ways and two roller cages are used as one set, while in the module type two inner ways are integrated into a single piece.
Very smooth operation
Precisely finished raceways are combined with roller cages, in which the length of super precise rollers is accurately controlled to avoid skewing. Very smooth linear motion with very little frictional resistance and free from stick-slip can be achieved.

PROFESSIONAL SHOES OF GUIDANCE
