Angle joints serve as linking and guiding elements for movable parts and create corner joints. These parts from component suppliers can significantly simplify mechanical construction, be used to transfer power in offset axles, transmit movement and are indispensable in all mechanical operations such as cushioning, drawing, tilting, levering, etc.
mbo Osswald always keeps a large number of angle joints out of his product palette of more than 12,000 parts in stock. In addition to the DIN 71802 angle joints which consist of DIN 71805 housings and DIN 71803 ball studs, every possible variation is ready to be called up by the customer. There is also a choice of surface protection such as, for example, blank, galvanised zinc, steel or stainless-steel versions.
For problematic environmental conditions (dust, lubricants) there are special angle joints with sealing caps available. The programme is extended with axial joints.
|
|
The axial joint is a typical example of a solution in the field of angle joints to DIN 71802. The transfer of the applied forces does not take place at an angle of 90° but linearly as 180° variant.
These axial joints are available in the popular angle joint standard sizes in either galvanized or stainless steel.

High Strength Zinc Alloy Model BL
This model’s holder made of high strength-zinc alloy is connected in perpendicular to the ball shank. With grease pockets provided on the top and bottom of the spherical area, this model achieves high lubricity and high wear resistance.
High Strength Aluminum Alloy Model BL-A
The holder is connected in perpendicular to the shank, which comprises a male thread specially welded with a highly accurate steel ball. With a grease pocket formed on the top and bottom of the spherical area, this model achieves high lubricity and high wear resistance.Use of the A-1 alloy in the holder significantly reduces the weight
Female Threading Holder Model RBI
With this Link Ball model, the high strength zinc alloy is used in its holder and the mounting bolt and the holder are arranged on the same axis, allowing this model to receive both a compressive load and a pulling load. Since grease is contained in the boot, this model achieves high lubricity and high wear resistance.

IKO Cam Followers are bearings with a stud incorporating needle rollers in a thick walled outer ring. These bearings are designed for outer ring rotation, and have superior rotational performance with a small coefficient of friction. Also, they are designed to have minimal radial internal clearance to increase the loading zone, and thus reduce the effect of shock loads and ensure stable long life. As studs already have threads or steps, they are easy to mount. Cam Followers are follower bearings for cam mechanisms and linear motions and have high rigidity and high accuracy. They are, therefore, used widely for machine tools, industrial robots, electronic devices, and OA equipment. Stainless steel made Cam Followers are superior in corrosion resistance and suitable for applications in environments where oil cannot be used or water splashed, and in clean rooms.

RBC produces a full line of cam followers from 1/2 to 10 inch outside diameter sizes. Technical innovation and cost-saving features have distinguished RBC cam followers from competitors. Contact RBC engineers for assistance in solving difficult bearing challenges in your application.

Model CF
This model is a low-price Cam Follow having a driver groove or hexagon socket in the stud head. The all-stainless steel type (symbol M) is optimal for clean room applications since it does not develop rust from external atmosphere and generates little dust.
Model CFT
Basically the same as the popular type Cam Follower, this model is provided with tapped holes for piping on the stud head and the thread. It is optimal for locations where an integrated piping system for greasing is required.
Model CFH
This model can be installed in the same mounting hole as that of the popular type Cam Follower. Since the mounting shaft of the stud and the stud head are eccentric by 0.25 mm to 1.0 mm, the position of this model can easily be adjusted simply by turning the stud. Thus, it is a compact, highly accurate eccentric cam follower with an integral structure.
Model CFN
Based on the popular type Cam Follower, this model is incorporated with thrust load balls. It is capable of receiving an axial load generated by a mounting error.

Clevises are some of the most frequently used linking elements in industry. These parts can be found everywhere where simple movements are required, e.g. linear pulling, pushing or even axle offset compensation.
In addition to standard clevises, there are also clevises with male threads. These can be used wherever only female threads are available for fixing. This product, so simple in appearance, also has a particular advantage. These clevises, which can for instance be screwed to hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, do not need, apart from a locking nut, additional mounting security such as threaded rods or adhesive.
In addition, clevises with elongated holes are available. An elongated hole is provided instead of a cross hole. If adjusting options are required in the area of the cross hole, this clevis type can be used instead.
If the clevis is subject to particularly strong alternating tensile and compressive forces, the cross hole can deform, drastically shortening the service life. To prevent this, mbo offers a clevis with a hardened cross hole. A specially developed hardening procedure increases the service life of the product several times. Rapid deformation of the cross hole is prevented.

The Yokes are mechanical linking units suitable for the transmission of static forces.
The pins or lockable pins, used in conjunction with the yokes, have the function of connecting the yoke with the mechanical part for the transmission of the force.
They are standardised products which are produced according to the specifications and dimensional tables.
All of our products can be supplied in either a galvanised or unfinished.

An elongated hole is provided instead of a cross hole. If adjusting options are required in the area of the cross hole, this clevis type can be used instead. This provides the necessary clearance and the part can be easily installed and fixed in various positions.
