| GMT ball joints are structural elements whose inner ball is firmly connected to the outer metal by means of a vulcanized elastomer layer. Such joints are designed for multi-directional torsional loads and thus, ideal as vibration-technological components for joints and connecting rods. One advantage is the fact that all movements can be achieved without any lubricants. GMT ball joints can be made up of an inner pin/ through hole as well as of an outer socket sonsisting of one or several segments. |

|
| IKO Cam Followers are bearings with a stud incorporating needle rollers in a thick walled outer ring. These bearings are designed for outer ring rotation, and have superior rotational performance with a small coefficient of friction. Also, they are designed to have minimal radial internal clearance to increase the loading zone, and thus reduce the effect of shock loads and ensure stable long life. As studs already have threads or steps, they are easy to mount. Cam Followers are follower bearings for cam mechanisms and linear motions and have high rigidity and high accuracy. They are, therefore, used widely for machine tools, industrial robots, electronic devices, and OA equipment. Stainless steel made Cam Followers are superior in corrosion resistance and suitable for applications in environments where oil cannot be used or water splashed, and in clean rooms. |

Cam follower stud type
(1) Clamping torque is based on dry threads. If threads are lubricated, use half of value shown.
(2) Since load, lubrication method, temperature and other factors affect the maximum operating speed, it is impossible to determine precise limiting speed. The listed limiting speeds are based on lightly loaded bearings having adequate lubrication and are listed only as a design guide. More frequent relubrication is required when operating at higher speeds. Actual bearing testing in the specific application should be conducted if the anticipated operating speed approaches the listed limiting speed.
(3) Dynamic load should not exceed 50% of Dynamic Rating as a track roller.
(4) Static load rating is based on stud strengh or on internal rolling element load distribution stresses.
- Sizes marked have no lube holes in threaded end of stud. |

Cam rollers are non-separable radial ball bearings with extra thick-walled outer rings:
- Suitable for high radial loads, including shock loads
- Fitted with contacting seals (protection against contamination)
- Standards: DIN 616
- Series: 361200, 305700, 305800, 306700, 306800
- Application examples: cam drives, conveyor systems, etc. |

| Clevises, Inch and DIN Metric, Zinc Yellow and Zinc Clear. Steel, Stainless and Aluminum available. |
|
Clevises are some of the most frequently used linking elements in industry. These parts can be found everywhere where simple movements are required, e.g. linear pulling, pushing or even axle offset compensation.
In addition to standard clevises, there are also clevises with male threads. These can be used wherever only female threads are available for fixing. This product, so simple in appearance, also has a particular advantage. These clevises, which can for instance be screwed to hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, do not need, apart from a locking nut, additional mounting security such as threaded rods or adhesive.
In addition, clevises with elongated holes are available. An elongated hole is provided instead of a cross hole. If adjusting options are required in the area of the cross hole, this clevis type can be used instead.
If the clevis is subject to particularly strong alternating tensile and compressive forces, the cross hole can deform, drastically shortening the service life. To prevent this, mbo offers a clevis with a hardened cross hole. A specially developed hardening procedure increases the service life of the product several times. Rapid deformation of the cross hole is prevented. |

|
Mating pieces for clevises can be used as standard linking on the connecting rods of pneumatic cylinders or gas springs. In particular, the size of these items is so chosen, that a clevis in line with DIN 71752 is exactly right for use as a mating piece. In this way, a universally usable joint with terminating internal or external screw threads can be simply produced.
At the moment screw threads in the sizes of M 4 to M 20 with left or right hand fine or coarse threads can be supplied.
Considerable savings can be achieved with mating pieces. They can be e.g. easily combined with a clevis instead of a rod end if connections are required that compensate direction offsets in one direction. There are only few limitations compared to the rod end which is significantly more expensive. |

Description of bearing types
Male, female or spherical bearings are ready-to-use mechanical components, based on the journal bearing principle.
These components are used in mechanical construction to transmit static or dynamic forces at different angles.
Male and female bearings are sometimes called tips or ends.
Spherical bearings are sometimes just called bearings.
The design of bearing components is governed by the DIN / ISO 12240 standard, which also specifies the overall and interface dimensions and with neighbouring mechanical components.
Bearing components can be self-lubricating or fitted with grease nipples.
Spherical bearings supplement ball bearings or other casings in slow movements. They are also ale to withstand high loadings because of the larger surfaces in contact..
The body of spherical bearings can be made from various materials: standard steel, high grade steel, stainless steel or aluminium.

YTGW Guide Wheels are the main components of the Linear Motion system, they can be widely used in the industrial robot, cutting machine, motion track, production flow and so on.
The surface of outer ring is the "W" profile formed by the two "V" with an angle of 90 degrees. The internal or external side face can be matched separately with the concave or protrudable track that both have a "V' profile with the angle of 90 degrees, and also the internal side face can be matched well with the cylindrical track.
Wheels feature the internal design of double row angular contact ball bearing and a thick-walled outer ring, so the wheels can accommodate higher loads.
Wheels are made of the high-quality bearing steel, processed by heat treatment and precision grind, and are filled with a long service life, high-grade and multi-purposes grease. Wheels mantle the metal shield or rubber seal (suffix X) to prevent the dust. YITONG also can provide the wheels with the concentric or eccentric bushings, as well as the wheels made from the corrosion resistance stainless steel.
