The Alpharex Laser Cutting Machine has a sturdy, extremely rigid gantry. Longitudinal and transverse axes are guided by proven systems with maintenance-free brushlessmotors, in conjunction with low-play, high-dynamic planetary gearboxes. The FULL CUT range of cutting plotters are the ideal solution for precision cutting of all sorts of rigid and flexible materials.
The FULLCUT range can be equipped with up to six tools at the same time: laser, ultrasonic, a set of three wheel blade holders , a marker and a milling cutter. Synova laser cutting machines feature absolute precision from ± 3 to 5 µm and large processing areas that range between 150 x 150 and 800 x 1200 mm. The high-precision, high-speed XY-table, based on the principle of separate axes on a granite base, allows unmatched accuracy and dynamic. The axes are driven by linear motors at a maximum speed of 1,000 mm/s. Pulsed Nd:YAG lasers (infrared, green or UV) are typically used and the water jet diameter ranges from 22 to 75 µm.
All machines are equipped with vision cameras and powerful image treatment software, allowing automatic alignment and quality inspection. The operation interface is a flat color screen with touch panel, the machine software is based on MS Windows 2000®. The machine can be connected to a LAN for data transmission and remote diagnostic service. Adapted CAM software can quickly and easily convert all DXF and Gerber data without any special programming.

L6 Flying Optics Laser
Finn-Power L6 laser brings sophistication in high-speed laser cutting onto a new level, creating enhanced production with superior speed, accuracy, and part quality. L6 has been designed by using innovative linear drive motor technology to allow maximum speeds, even in small notches or narrow contours. Finn-Power provides previously unseen high-speed performance with regard to machining dynamics, contour accuracy, and process safety. Finn-Power L6 will process sheet sizes up to 1565 mm x 3074 mm. The Excalibur Flexible Manufacturing Cell is a unique concept system from Laser Photonics, LLC. The Excalibur is the latest in lean manufacturing technology and offers a complete turnkey solution for manufacturers and production facilities. This new concept introduces the idea of using one Fiber Laser Module to control the tasks of up to four different machines with the use of one optical switch. The Excalibur is specifically designed for any manufacturer or production facility that performs applications which entail laser cutting, welding or remote welding and sheet cutting or marking. MD CARTESIAN is a laser system dedicated to cutting and welding works on components of medium dimension, with complex joining geometry too. The cell is a 3 or 5 axis system, with a Cartesian configuration.
It is possible to use both CO2 laser sources both Nd:YAG laser sources with different powers according to the specific applications.
The cell has two interchangeable optic groups for cutting and welding works. The two optic groups are special modules, realized by RTM, provided with circuits for the cooling of the mirrors and the adduction of the shielding gases.
In the base solution the principal characteristics are: 3 axis machine with movements obtained by ball bearing screw and top quality brushless motor checked with encoder; flying optics: allows to obtain many different configuration with a special focusing head studied according to the need of production;- axis control board with high performance processor; protection cabin for total safety with interlock elements on all access. |
