Aε series
Compact automation
When used in medium and mass production, the A series can be automatically loaded and unloaded via handling systems.Hydraulic devices are directly coupled electrically. Tensioning pressure and tensioning position is monitored. Workpieces are supplied and carried away via system palettes.
For small and medium-sized production series, where there is a mixed production of parts, the Aå series can be equipped with a palette magazine. Extensive tool capacities can be provided by matrix magazines.
System technology
If used in medium-sized and mass production series, workpiece handling systems can be optimally used by combining several machines. The cell organisation is realised via controlling the handling system or via a higher-level cell control system.
For mixed productions of parts in a small and medium-sized production series, the connection of several machines is realised via a linear palette storage and transport system. Different system architectures can be configured for hardware and software.

J3
4 Axis HMC
The common advantages of high performance centres for large production flexibility are very convincing: The space-saving machine structure which consists of ribbed Meehanite quality castings only requires a width of 1280 mm; the low overall weight and easy to assembly three-point bearing facilitate flexible integration and ensure reduced space costs.
Travel of 400 x 400 x 400 mm
(X-axis optional to 800 mm) with extreme axis acceleration up to 2 G ensure the shortest possible positioning times and guarantee, together with the high acceleration of 0.6 s of the main spindle, quick chip-to-chip times for best productivity when it comes to machining light alloy materials. At 16,000 min-1, the high-power spindle produces maximum dynamics and optimum performance.
The 16,000 min-1 of the high-power spindle produces large
chip volumes. The active spindle cooling for main spindles and ball screws assure effective temperature stability for constant machining processes.

XR 700 HMC HPD horizontal machining centers include standard features that would usually be found on much more expensive machines. A 19.7-inch cube, 60-tool carousel configured ATC, powerful and fast spindle speeds, high rapid rates and small footprint all make the XR 700 HMC HPD an incredible value.
These HMCs provide total machining flexibility and versatility and the HP & HPD models can be equipped with up to 120 tools. All models feature a chip-to-chip tool change time of under 6 seconds and include an integrated twin-pallet APC system to increase work throughput while minimizing non-profitable job setup and fixturing operations.

General description
The Action series is the result of over 15 years' product development. Its high precision, high speed, extreme power and long life allow intensive use on a vast range of applications from the working of important details in the automobile and aeronautical fields, to dies and general mechanics. Its characteristics make it extremely competitive and flexible for every type of working on steel, aluminium and titanium.
Action can be equipped with a tilting head or tilting table; the 5-axis versions also have a double screw on the axes to ensure top performance in dynamic speed and cutting.

With its high-speed and superb accuracy, the J4M delivers optimum technology for simple, cost-effective machining lines. An innovative space- and energy-saving design adds to its flexibility. Designed for Flexible Transfer Lines, the J4M is primarily intended for the economic machining of aluminum parts such as cylinder heads and crankcases for 4 cylinder motors, gearboxes and attaching parts. The machine can be easily integrated into different automation concepts due to its three axes in the tool and a 4th NC axis in the table.
