The new Solar Pump Group PrimoSol 130-4 from AFRISO is used in intrinsically safe, closed thermal solar systems and connects the solar storage vessel with the solar collector. The solar pump group circulates heat transfer liquids up to a height of 5,5 m and is suitable for system pressures up to 6 bar.
The pre-assembled, for tightness tested and heat insulated assembly combines a combination cock (with a red thermometer integrated in the handle), a length adjustment pipe and a vent pot to de-aerate the heat transfer liquid in the feed line. The venting process is simplified by a hose supplied with the unit. Integrated in the return line are: a combination cock (with blue thermometer), a pump (230V AC), a flow meter and a safety group assembly. Both combination cocks have integrated gravity brakes. The flow meter includes a filling and rinsing unit as well as a ball type stop cock. The safety group assembly consists of a pressure gauge, a solar safety and mounting valve and the connection to the expansion vessel. The pump group is fully embedded in protective EPP expanded polystyrene foam which also serves as a safe transport packing.
All required safety and necessary operational units are contained in the pump group assembly PrimoSol 130-4 which renders it ideally suitable for a quick and economical retrofit to existing installations.

System / Grid Water Circuit
System separates the combustion air delivered by the ventilator as primary and secondary air which is injected to the combustion chamber via air nozzles. The cooling water circulating in the grid system extends the life of the grid. The heat absorbed during the circulation by the cooling water contributes as useful energy since it will be connected to the main heating circuit of the boiler system.
Radiation Heat transfer
Heat is transferred mainly by radiation and consequently by conduction, thus enabling high performance and compact dimensions in erensan boilers.
Turbulator
Gas turbulators swirl the hot smoke gases in the boiler tubes and provides extended contact for better heat transfer to the water. Since the turbulators will increase the speed of the combustion gases by inducing turbulence flow, the tendency of condensation is drained away with high speed gases ,thus protecting the boiler against acid corrosion.
Automatic Control
Heating in conventional coal boilers is directly proportional to the amount of coal fed to the boiler just like in stoves. Over loading, results in unnecessary heating and loss of energy. However your Erensan boiler adjusts the speed of the combustion with automatic fan control even when the boiler is excessively fed by coal.

With its thousands of welds, pipes extending several hundred kilometers and many thousands of tons of heavy structural steel, the utility steam generator (boiler) is at the heart of any fossil-fired power plant. This is where the pulverized fuel is burnt at around 1,450 °C; forming here are also the hot flue gases and the extremely hot steam under high pressure, which subsequently drives the turbine blades.
HPE develops, designs and supplies steam generators for unit capacities up to and over 1,100 Mwe with 300 bar plus pressures, 600 °C live steam temperatures and reheater temperatures up to 620 °C for all the available fossil fuels. These extend from coal and lignite to specific fuels (e.g. gases from coke ovens / steelworks and refinery residues).
