Steam boiler which has small water and high steam volume generates required high quality steam for processes. Classification of furnace according to standard is plain and corrugated type. Further gains in efficiency can be obtained by using economizer for feed water preheating and air-heater for combustion air heating. The energy of flue gas can be recovered and the efficiency of boiler system is increased 5-8%. With PLC system and touch screen we are able to fallow all parameters in touch screen so our our boiler be full automatic.
