Moving Grate / Reciprocating Grate Boilers are designed to combust wood, forest residues, tree bark, agricultural wastes etc. as biomass fuels and solid fuels such as coal. The grates are manufactured from high temperature resistant Cr-Ni added alloy steel casting. Thanks to specially designed grates and pre-combustion furnace, fuels can be burned without any problems. With the automation system, the boiler works automatically during load changes. As Eralp Kazan, we can produce steam boilers and thermal oil heaters with moving grates according to the customer’s process needs. PRODUCTION CAPACITY Temperature: Max 450 C PRODUCTION STANDARD Moving Grade Boiler production is carried out in accordance with EN 12952 standards and 2014/68 EU Pressure Equipment Directive Module G and is produced with CE Certificate. If desired, thanks to our existing certificates, production can be made in accordance with ASME Part I and with “S” stamp
