The water service module supplies steam boilers with processed feed water and discharges the demineralising- and drained water. Correctly dimensioned and functionally optimised, the essential components have been combined into a multifunctional assembly unit of maximum equipment quality, comprising hydraulic pipework, thermal insulation and electrical wiring. All functions are computer-assisted by means of a stored-program controller (SPC) with text display and automatically controlled. Equipment with modems provides the possibility of a teleservice via a fixed or radiotelephone network.

Controlled circulation, water tube boilers suitable for the production of hot water, and three gas passes.
They are realized both in vertical and horizontal version. They have elevated efficiencies (>91%) and are tested for pressures up to 36 bar and, for there dimensions, can be installed in reduced spaces.
They produce hot water in only five minutes and have minimum heat dispersions towards the atmosphere which guarantees a higher global efficiency in comparison with a traditional fire tube boiler NPR. Capacity from 116 to 10.000 kW.

Model UNIBIN
The arrangement of the generator with respect to its position has been given the greatest importance in the design logic:
the left or right combustion chamber and the three different installation levels allow the designer to give attention to the particulars of the manual loading zone, even if today it is prohibited by the Italian norns.
The same inspection gate can be located on the side or on the front of the boiler as is necessary; with the smoke, leaving the generator, has three different solutions:
an underground passage, direct to the ventilator or else a vertical part of the generator and, or request, this can also act as a pre heater for the air thanks to the air space for the cooling of the smoke.
automatic grid with an Archimedes' screw can be combined with the same boiler, for chips or wet sawdust:
cleary, in this case , not only the internal oven must be modified, but also the ash discharge, which can be changed from manual to automatic with a transversal screw conveyor.
The cleaning of the generator is of great importance, not only to guarantee thermal exchange and thus efficiency , but also to keep the maintenance cost to a minimum.
The bundle of convection tubes is subvertical: special fireproofed septa delimit any smoke detours, decreasing easy drags in horizontal route boilers.

CT water tube type steam generators are the result of over 40 years experience of BONO ENERGIA in the industrial, petrochemical and power generation applications.
Engineered using the most advanced CAD systems, these generators guarantee the highest operating features, thanks to BONO's experience in heat transfer, welding technology and pressure vessel calculations. The production, carried out in Peschiera Borromeo facilities, is based on ISO 9001-2000 quality standards, with inspection plans for material, production process and final test.
CT series water tube steam generators represent a modern concept of "D" shaped desing, having two overmounted drums, expanded vertical tubes and full water walls type furnace. The water circulation inside the boiler is of the natural type.
The burner is housed inside the front water wall by means of properly shaped water tubes.

Model COMPACT
This series is composed of 2 different models: The first is a low-grade fuel generator for the energy reconversion of processing scrap which can be installed in two different ways:
using the traditional method with fore-oven set into the ground with manual loading and fuel insuflation systems and the possibility of pilot or primari burner. This solution is suitable for primary processing industies in Afdrican or Asian countries.
The second method involves the positioning of the generator over a base which acts as a container for the internal oven, where the automatic grille of the fuel loading and ash removal systems is housed.

Model UNIBIN SP
Wood biomass generator to reconvert wood processing wastes into energy. Two different installations are possible:
- the traditional installation, with an in-ground filling unit for manual and blow fuel feeding and pilot or primary burner. This solution is suitable for primary processing companies located in African and Asian countries.
- In the alternative installation, the generator is mounted on top of a carrying base designed to house the inside oven, where the automatic fuel feeding grate is positioned, and the ash container.
