ITW Dynatec's Manual Adhesive Applicators are hand-held hot melt adhesive applicators which dispense hot melt adhesive onto a substrate via manual activation of a trigger. The DGII applicators are electrically heated independent of the adhesive supply hose. Temperatures are controlled by the controller at the adhesive supply unit.

The »AS 50« is a distance-based pattern control for precise applications of adhesive at variable speeds. The adhesive spray gun Maxi-ND-K is specially designed for processing dispersi¬on adhesives. All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel. Due to the low-pressure atomisation (system HVLP), a droplet ¬spectrum that facilitates optimum adhesions is generated. High application efficiency ensures good material exploitation. A large selection of nozzle sizes: 0.5/0.8/1.0/1.5/1.8/2.0/2.2/2.5 mm Ø is available. Owing to the shearing sensitivity of the spraying media, material transfer should occur without pulsation.
