Contact lubricants increase the reliability and lifetime of all current carrying metal interfaces. These include switches, connectors and busbars.
Electrolube have been the leading supplier of contact lubricants since their invention by the founder in the 1950's.

Manufactured as tenacious greases and oils, products are available for consistent operation at extremes of temperature and with sensitive plastics that are normally attacked by traditional lubricants.
The use of a suitable contact lubricant will solve the problems of wear, poor signal quality, inconsistent operation and allow the use of less expensive materials. The choice of lubricant can also allow the ‘feel' characteristics of the switch to be optimised.

Socony Oven Conveyer Lubricant is a high performance product designed specifically for the lubrication of oven conveyor chains at temperatures up to 200 degrees celsius. It is formulated from a low viscosity oil and colloidal graphite. The oil acts as a carrier for the graphite and can penetrate between the moving parts. The oil is sufficiently volatile at the working temperature to evaporate without leaving residues that might cause sticking.
Socony Oven Conveyor Lubricant is best applied at a low temperature point to allow the fluid to penetrate between the links and pins. As the conveyor moves into a hot zone the carrier evaporates, leaving a lubricating film of graphite. The lubricant may be applied manually by brush or some form of centralised mechanical system.

METAL 1100 CU 10 is a copper antiseize paste, electro-conductive, high temperature.
It facilitates assembly and enables dismantling of mechanisms that have been subjected to extremely high temperatures.
This paste can be used and is efficient on thin layers.
Complies with MIL A 907 E D, STM 7411 and SECLF 216 specifications.
Can be used from -20°C to 1100°C.

Mobil EAL Arctic Series are high performance Environmental Awareness Lubricants (EAL) that are fully synthetic products designed specifically for the lubrication of refrigeration compressors and systems, using ozone-friendly HFC refrigerants. (HFCs are chlorine-free products replacing chlorine-containing refrigerants in the world market). Mobil EAL Arctic Series oils are formulated from proprietary synthesised polyol esters (POEs) and a unique additive system to provide outstanding lubricity, wear protection, chemical and thermal stability, and hydrolytic stability. They are miscible with HFC refrigerants and have well-defined viscosity/temperature/pressure relationships with widely used HFCs. The performance of the Mobil EAL Arctic Series has been well documented with HFCs in a broad range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems and are used by many major compressor and system builders around the world.
Mobil EAL Artic Series are available in ISO Viscosity grades 15 to 220. They are recommended for use in household and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems where HFC refrigerants are used.
