One piece molded profiles and belts are integrally molded using high performance thermoset urethane. The profile and belt are molded as one, using a centrifugal, heat cast processing method. This type of construction removes the necessity for any additional fabrication. This process provides a wide range of material characteristics specifically formulated to suit your application, and the flexibility to test and evaluate various compounds. Even with an initial one time engineering service charge, this is the most economical method of producing high quantity, high quality requirements for profiled belts.

BRECO® and BRECOFLEX® timing belts are perfectly suited for the transport of the most varied goods. For whatever transport purpose the timing belt is to be used - the back of the belt can be fitted with any number and order of welded-on flights.
Weld-on flights Production of timing belts and flights, as well as the welding on of the flights are carried out in our factory. These flights are made of polyurethane, the same high quality materials as is used for the timing belt itself.
Our offer includes more than 2600 flight shapes. Depending on the customer's requirements and within the framework of our production means, these flight shapes can be freely adapted to the product to be transported and the special purpose.

and one by one they undergo accurate testing and checking of the materials used.
Before being delivered to the customer, each belt is provided with a quality control certificate.
VISION® and VISIONFLEX® cog belts comply with the strictest regulations
in force in the field of conveyors (e.g.: FDA, ISO R 284, DIN 22104).
The structure of the VISION® and VISIONFLEX® cog belts is made up of polyurethane
with steel wire lines. A polyamide support on the cogged part reduces friction during sliding, thus remarkably increasing life also under the heaviest conditions of use.

The coating of our BRECO®- und BRECOFLEX® timing belts with various materials provides a variety of application possibilities in transport technology.
Coated timing belts The selection of the correct coating material depends on the properties of the goods to be transported and the required grip, such as, for instance, high friction to ensure a good carrying effect or low friction to reduce the transmission power.
To meet specific transport applications, the tooth side and/or the transport side can be mechanically reworked.

In response to industrial customer needs, Hutchinson Transmission has specially developed the ConveyXonic® belt for roller conveyor producers.
The ConveyXonic® is the « 4 in 1 » belt capable of transporting loads from 1 to 1 200kg (2 to 2500 lbs.) as well as replace the four systems used in the conveyor assembly (flat belt, round belt, chain and timing belt).
The belt's elastic properties allow for at least a 30% reduction in costs by using 1 motor for twenty rollers while at the same time adding the advantages of improved life span and absorption of shocks and vibrations.

Habasit round belts are highly flexible and therefore directionally adjustable at will. The physical and chemical characteristics are exceptional in many areas: the resistance to hydrolysis is significantly superior to the one found in most of the existing polyurethane-elastomers. So, Habasit round belts are resistant to water, oils, grease and benzine. They have a limited resistance to acids and alkaline solutions. Thanks to their close cross section tolerances, Habasit round belts guarantee uniform transmission of the number of revolutions.
