The 11x high-speed camera transfers ultra high-definition, 5 megapixel images (2432 x 2050 pixels) in 61.2 ms (16.3 times/sec). High-speed production lines can now harness the benefits of high-precision image processing. The new CV-5000 Series accepts up to four 5 million-pixel cameras and transfers the images simultaneously, allowing for high-definition inspections of up to 20 million pixels.

W10x-HD deploys cutting edge High Definition video technology and offers superior resolution, contrast and colour reproduction with its built-in 10x auto focus zoom optics. This macro-inspection camera is ideal for visual examination and quality control of assembled boards, electronics components, wires, connectors and similar objects. Large working distance of the W10x optics makes is also suitable for rework, hand soldering or gluing tasks.
By deploying extremely quick auto focus together with Optilia's renowned optics, the time spent on inspecting objects is significantly reduced compared to other video systems. The integrated laser pointer is an excellent guide to locating the areas of interest on the object.
The camera can easily be connected to a Full-HD or HD-ready monitor or TV of relevant size through HD component video outputs.
