DKYK Solid Fuel Heater Tanks
Diko solid fuel heater tanks are hot water producer systems which is suitable to burn firewood, coal e.t.c. DKYK series, has max 200.000 kcal/h heat capacity. Our model is floor standing type, has touch screen thermostat, digital thermometer, fan, chimney.
You can start your heater tank by (0/I) switch placed on tank command panel. You can set desired water temperature in the tank via digital thermostat in (30-75) C range. When heater tank has achieved desired temperature, fan will stops and tank will be in staying case. Lightened button shows circulation pump operation and red indicator shows fan operation.
If you request, we can add a vertical boiler with serpentine to provide potable hot water in your system.
Additional it is available to operate tank both with solid fuel and with liquid fuel via some modifications.
* Tank water temperature can be controlled by digital thermostat placed on panel.
* Water operation temperature can be observed via digital display.
* When heater tank has achieved desired temperature, fan will stops and tank will be in waiting case, heating operation will stops, circulation pump will continue to operate.

System / Grid Water Circuit
System separates the combustion air delivered by the ventilator as primary and secondary air which is injected to the combustion chamber via air nozzles. The cooling water circulating in the grid system extends the life of the grid. The heat absorbed during the circulation by the cooling water contributes as useful energy since it will be connected to the main heating circuit of the boiler system.
Radiation Heat transfer
Heat is transferred mainly by radiation and consequently by conduction, thus enabling high performance and compact dimensions in erensan boilers.
Turbulator
Gas turbulators swirl the hot smoke gases in the boiler tubes and provides extended contact for better heat transfer to the water. Since the turbulators will increase the speed of the combustion gases by inducing turbulence flow, the tendency of condensation is drained away with high speed gases ,thus protecting the boiler against acid corrosion.
Automatic Control
Heating in conventional coal boilers is directly proportional to the amount of coal fed to the boiler just like in stoves. Over loading, results in unnecessary heating and loss of energy. However your Erensan boiler adjusts the speed of the combustion with automatic fan control even when the boiler is excessively fed by coal.
