How to use?
A vacuum cup sticks to a surface when the surrounding pressure is higher than the pressure between the vacuum cup and the surface of the object. It is connected to a vacuum source in order to create the low pressure in the vacuum cup. The lower the pressure, the higher the vacuum in the vacuum cup - resulting in increased lifting force.

The most typical application of suction cups is for footings. But, our customers have used suction cups in an enormous variety of applications, making them one of the most popular types of suction products we carry.

These end effectors offer the user a wide range of advantages over traditional pick and place work holding devices. Simply by varying the air pressure in the picker or gripper, the user can conform the end effector to the diameter that is being handled and the force being applied to the workpiece. This is especially critical in applications with sensitive, thin-walled, or fragile objects. The object being picked up does not have to have a circular configuration. Since it has an elastomer bladder construction, it will conform to any shape.

The suction cups lift, grip, and transport parts. Our suction cups are available in oil-resistant Perbunan (NBR, balck) or temperature-resistant and food safe Silicone (up to +200 °C, white-transparent).
They can be pushed onto the adapters or the vacuum ejectors very easily. Vacuum ejector SV can turn compressed air into vacuum power. The suction and release functions are activated without delay. When several suction cups are used this system offers additional safety, because the vacuum power for each of the suction cups is created individually.
We especially recommend this reasonably priced solution for short cycle times.
The blue model HT (high temperature material) leaves no imprints and is especially suitable for plastics, oily surfaces, and porous materials like stone and wood.
