Steam jet ejectors are used in the chemical, petrochemical, pulp and paper, food, power, steel and allied industries in connection with such operations as filtration, distillation, absorption, mixing, vacuum packaging, freeze drying, flash cooling, dehydrating and degassing to name just a few. They will handle both condensable and non-condensable gases and vapors as well as mixtures of the two. Small amounts of.solids or liquids will not adversely affect performance. All S&K ejectors are computer designed and type-tested to insure reliability.
Staging of ejectors becomes necessary for economical operation as the absolute suction pressure decreases. Based upon the use of auxiliary equipment, two and three-stage ejectors can either be condensing or non-condensing types. Four, five, and six-stage units can also be non-condensing, but are usually condensing types.

| Ejector inlet capacities range from 20 CFM to 20,000 CFM (35 CMH to 34,000 CMH) or more at vacuum, and pressures as low as 0.001 mm Hg absolute can easily be accommodated. Ejectors can be manufactured in a variety of materials and require no moving parts, translating into trouble-free continuous ejector operation. |

Schutte & Koerting manufactures a complete line of Steam Jet Ejector Vacuum components and systems. Based on the ejector-venturi principle, steam issuing through an expanding suppliers of nozzle has its pressure energy converted to velocity energy. A vacuum is created, air or gas is entrained and the mixture of gas and steam enters the venturi diffuser where its velocity energy is converted into pressure sufficient to discharge against a predetermined back pressure.

The Vacuum power unit is designed to produce a low-flow vacuum using the venturi principle. The vacuum professional generator converts pneumatics to a vacuum consuming 4.9 CFH with an 89.6 KP Supply.
When air is allowed to flow through the generator, the high velocity of the air passing through the center port draws a vacuum through the side ports. Two red vinyl caps are provided to cap the unused output port.

HV-SA series
Central ejector based on the Venturi principle. Includes two pressure supply ports and a vacuum connection.
When connection 1.1 is supplied with pressure, the Venturi atomiser generates vacuum.
An integrated check cock at connection 2 maintains vacuum in systems with slight leakage even when the ejector is switched off.
The integrated (automatic) air saving feature turns off the professional air supply to the ejector when the pre-set upper vacuum level is reached. If the vacuum level drops 150 mbar below this level, the air supply is turned on to the ejector until the pre-set vacuum level is reached again. This fulfills the "EMERGENCY ON FUNCTION".
To release the components that have been picked up, a momentary blow off ejects the components (a signal interrupter integrated into connection 1.2 stops the blow off function after 0.3 seconds).
An external 5/2way double electrovalve is recommended to control the ejector by alternately activating connection 1.1 (start) and 1.2 (release).
Change "release" to blow off as seen on page 66.
The pressure supply port and vacuum connections are fitted with removable protective industrial filters, which serve to protect the ejector from debris.
A industrial silencer with self-cleaning granular filling (with an air consumption of 150 and 300 Nl/min) or a surface mounted silencer (with an air consumption of 500 Nl/min) is included in the scope of delivery. |

M-Duplex pump is similar to the block type type in that it uses the components of the mini type multi stage vacuum pump suppliers. The pumps are mounted onto a dual station manifold. This manifold enables compact and simple installation. The manifold can accommodate two VTM30 pumps thus producing a VTM60, which gives high flow rates in a compact format. A vacuum switching can be ordered with the unit which piggy backs one of the pumps again for compact and easy installation. There is an option for mounting the exhausts one either side or both on one end of the manifold. There is also the option of connecting vacuum and air supply connections on either side of the manifold block, vacuum connections are 1/2" BSPX2.

Designed for the graphics sector and in particular for gripping and separating stacked sheets. They are also recommended for all applications where the use of compressed air cylinders is best avoided for gripping the items to be lifted by the suckers. Obviously the load must be compatible with the lifting force of the vacuum professional cylinder.
Rods with useful range from 17 to 30 mm
Cylinder lifting force-800 mbar (80% vacuum): from 0.45 kg to 2.5 kg

Air conveyors - Ring-Vac™ Pneumatic Conveying System:
Available in standard and threaded versions for regular and high temperature applications.
Air Conveyors supplier - Ring-Vac™ Pneumatic Conveying System has virtually no moving parts, convey's air at high rates and long distances. Utilizing pneumatics for a powerful, efficient venturi action along its length in a compact design for high capacity conveying over large distances.
Air Conveyors - Ring-Vac™ Pneumatic Conveying System is available in both coated aluminum or high temperature stainless steel. Simply workholding a standard professional hose size to each end of the Ring-Vac™ to create this high energy conveying system. No moving parts for maintenance free operation with capacity and flow controlled with a pressure regulator.
Air Conveyors - Ring-Vac™ Pneumatic Conveying System is available in 1" (25mm), 1-1/4" (32mm), 1-1/2" (38mm), 2" (51mm), 2-1/2" (64mm), and 3" (76mm) sizes. Any size beyond that can be prohibitive for most applications due to high compressed air requirements.
In addition, beyond 3", the vacuum ability begins to drop significantly except for highly intermittent applications. For applications beyond 3", a professional blower system often becomes far more economical except in a rare number of possible applications. However, larger size versions are available if required as well as special sizes.
Coated aluminum and high temperature stainless steel Ring-Vac™ Air Conveyor can convey all types of solids in large volumes over great distances with no moving parts.
- Made of an coated aluminum body with no moving parts. High temperature stainless steel models are available for high temperature and corrosive applications.
- Standard sizes to fit standard hose diameter for easy clamping. Threaded versions connect easily to regular pipe thread: 1" (25mm), 1-1/4" (32mm), 1-1/2" (38mm), 2" (51mm), 2-1/2" (64mm), and 3" (76mm). Special sizes can be manufactured if required.
- Utilizing a pressure regulator will control the flow material.
- Instant ON/OFF with no moving parts, no electricity or explosion hazard.
- Longer life in difficult environments than competitive models.
- Ease of use.
- Simple and easy control of material flow.
- Maintenance free operation. |
