The first self-testing obstacle warning light
The new range of TWINY obstacle warning lights is made of a master and a slave industrial beacons. The "slave" is automatically working as soon as the "master" is down. This design is securing the obstacle beaconing, since the system will be permanently operational. The Twiny range also includes a dimmer switch which will automatically switch on and off the lights during day and night time.
Furthermore, the TWINY range has a unique and specific self testing device, working daily or on request according to customer specifications. The test procedure check the two beacons conditions. If ever one of the light test is negative, a defect contact will report the information. The testing procedure is visible from the ground (no need to reach the beacons to start or witness the test).
Three types of low intensity obstacle warning lights are available within the TWINY range: the BA10 incandescent lights, the LED BA15 lights as well as the Neon BA20 and BA30 types.

The Eltex ground clamps supplier of series 70 are designed for making and - in connection
with Eltex TUE30 Terra-Control ground industrial monitoring system - for monitoring ground connections. The appliances are used in areas where potentially explosive materials and substances are loaded, discharged or refilled. Any developing static charges are safely and effectively eliminated and led to ground.
The Eltex cable rewinders of series 601KR/ ensure that the ground cable is safely reeled back after use, protecting it from damage and dirt.
The cable rewinder 601KR/AW is made of impact-proof aluminium and is mounted with an assembly bracket.

Securiterre - Dual Mode Security
Designed to prevent static accumulation and discharge during road tanker loading and off-loading, the Securiterre ensures correct bonding and grounding procedures before product transfer.
The Securiterre continuously professional monitors the static earth path and carries out a unique “tanker verification” when connected. Only when these two conditions are within correct parameters the system becomes permissive, thereby eliminating the potential for operator error. Local indicator lights confirm the tanker/earth condition to the operator, whilst the internal voltage free switch contacts may be interlocked with tanker-loading systems, pumps, cocks, alarms, etc. When not connected to the rest plug or rail tanker the circuit is grounded through a large resistance to reduce the hazard of sparking.
The Securiterre has proven indispensible wherever road tankers are involved in the transfer of flammable products (liquids, gases or bulk powders, flakes or granules). The Securiterre has been designed in accordance to ATEX regulations and is certified for use in hazardous areas. |

The TUE30 Terra-Control ground industrial monitoring system is designed for use when filling or discharging potentially explosive materials. The system effectively eliminates any static charges. The proper ground connection of installations reduces the risk of uncontrolled explosions or
fires.
The TUE30 system industrial monitors the connection to the bonding conductor and the contact across the ground vices. This function controls a potential-free changeover contact, which allows to controle optical or acoustic primary detectors, locking mechanisms, pumps, slide valves etc.
The modular system of the Terra-Control TUE30 is available in the following design versions:

If an explosion occurs, minimizing the affects and any business downtime, are critical. Explosion Isolation is designed to prevent an explosion from escalating, by blocking the flame paths that lead to other process equipment or occupied areas - effectively containing the explosion, and eliminating secondary explosions. Utilizing control and explosion detection devices, mechanical or chemical barriers are used to block flames and pressure from spreading, saving valuable resources and minimizing damage.
In isolating an explosion or deflagration, response time and operational reliability are critical. Fike explosion isolation systems have been subjected to extensive development testing on both a system and a component level. Each component is rugged, durable, dependable...and fast. |

DICTATOR provides complete hold open systems for hazardous areas
They comprise explosion-proof smoke and heat detectors, door operators and the electromagnets. They comply with the requirements for group II products and can be installed in all zone 1 and 2 areas (according to VDE 0165). The explosion proof magnets are encapsulated (EEX m). Two series are available: with ex-proof connection box or with connection cable. The standard length of the cable is 2 m, but it can be delivered in the length required on site. The holding force of the magnets is either 550 N or 145N. The integrated release pin eliminates any remanence after switching off the power feeding of the magnets, ensuring that the magnets always releases the door. All ex-proof magnets are equipped with professional diodes and polarity protection.
The DICTATOR ex-proof magnets have been tested both according to EN 1155:2005 for hold-open systems and the ATEX directive by the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt Braunschweig (certificates PTB 03 ATEX 2174 X and PTB 03 ATEX N060).
In addition to the ex-proof magnets DICTATOR also provides a large range of electromagnets for hold-open systems, that comply with the EN 1155:2005 and are approved for the use in hold-open systems. |
