SOFTWARE:

VP Marking, punching, drilling and shearing line for angle sections

VP machines cover all machining operations: marking, punching, drilling and shearing.
The high-pressure system (400 bars) reduces production times and currently makes it possible to attain production rates of more than 1,000 operations per hour. Punching machines incorporate NC backmarking. The number (2 to 6) of punching units and the related power (50 to 93 tons) vary according to the size of the angle sections to work and the number of different diameters in each flange. The single-cut type shear (from 160 to 500 tons) prevents loss of metal and distortion. Blades do not need to be changed.
Highly appreciated by manufacturers of transmission towers and electrical steel towers, the automatic VP marking, punching, drilling, shearing lines for angle sections are controlled by a single operator. Reliable and designed for highest productivity, various types of works may be programmed.

Shank-Style Numbering Heads
One-piece wheel and ratchet construction for reliability and consistency, shank-style numbering heads can be used with Pannier's Mark-First® Impact Presses or your own press. Standard sizes range from 3/64” to 1/4" characters, and custom sizes are available.
Manual Head – Features locking levers for changing characters on each wheel. After unlocking, each wheel can be turned by hand.
Automatic Head – Ten-wheel heads with up to six automatically indexing wheels make serial numbering fast and easy.
Hand-Held Multi-Stamper

The computer-controlled tag feed marking system is a totally automated system for marking tags up to 150 mm in length on the standard units. Customized machines can be ordered for extremely large tags.
The tag feeder is equipped with an adjustable loading rack, which can be quickly readjusted for a wide range of tag sizes. Standard machine size is 15 mm to 75 mm for width and 20 mm to 105 mm for length.
The MC-2000 plate feed system is equipped to mark in both manual and automatic modes. The manual mode gives you the ability to perform any one of the tag system functions through a series of push buttons located on the front of the machine. By simply moving the selector switch to the manual mode you can now move the pusher bar forward to check for clearance in the systems rails or mark a single tag to check mark location and quality of mark.
The MC-2000 tag feeder is also equipped with warning signals in case of a system jam or if the machine runs out of tags. The control box can also be programmed to mark a specified number of tags or mark until the stacker is empty.
All of the same characteristics that are found in the standard MC-2000 control box are included in the tag feed system.

The MG152 is a CNC transfer machine which is designed for the various fields of mechanical engraving, automatic numbering, decoration, and prototyping of microengineering parts.

TEKA gas cutting benches are appropriate for all types of gas cutting machines and are particularly economic because of reduced energy consumption. In combination with TEKA suction and filtering units the gas cutting benches guarantee optimal protection against environmental and sanitary impacts during thermal cutting processes. The extremely solid construction avoids any deformation of the bench because of large thermical strain.
The TEKA gas cutting benches are equipped with a sectional suction principle. Suction canals are mounted in regular intervals along the table under the plating for the metal pieces. This sectioning guarantees an optimal suction of the hazardous substances with only a small air amount required.
The TEKA gas cutting benches are designed in a modular principle and as standard available in dimensions from 2 to 24 m2. Regularly also bigger benches are realized. The benches are mounted directly on site in only a few time.
